Another fumble by the Gators (fifth today, three lost). Jesus H Christ already. This better be out of their system by November 1st or the Dawgs are going to run Florida off the field.

As a Gator fan (and I'm sure I'm not in the minority here) I'm sick and fucking tired of the same zone read up the middle for minimal gains. It's just so frustrating to watch this offense sometimes knowing the potential but suffering from completely lackluster and predictable play calling by the offensive staff.

Needless to say this is a inexcusable loss for USC, but I won't be the least bit surprised if/when they make it to the National Championship game. I mean, its almost routine for them now to drop a game they have no business losing, but considering they lost to fucking Stanford at home last year, and were still in strong position to make the MNC game (if not for the loss to Oregon), I think they still stand a pretty decent chance of making it. The ball is now in OU's court, and they need to make a strong statement this weekend.

So did anyone pick up tickets for the upcoming tour? Tickets in Calgary went insanely fast (for both shows) but I managed to get tickets to both (with help from the fan club for the second show). It's a weird feeling to actually want to hear some new stuff live, because I'm loving Death Magnetic.

Florida all but puts the game away with that touchdown but man, did Miami ever give everyone in the SEC a blueprint to hammer Tebow. That will hurt later on in the year.

Anything less than a 2 touchdown win by Florida will be massively disappointing. I realize Miami is not what they used to be but this is still a big time rivalry, and a nationally televised primetime game. Florida really needs to pound Miami early and often. And given that these two will not play again until 2013, the Gators really need to make a mark.

ECU-WVU game is final, 24-3. Beating WVU this handily is impressive but I'm most impressed with the fact that the ECU defense held WVU to 3 points and Pat White to 70 yards passing.
