They didn't get rid of the belt when the division consisted of Stephanie McMahon and Debra, they're sure the hell aren't going to get rid of it now. That's just crazy talk. Jazz,Jacquilline and Gail Kim could work circles around any of the new "Divas" the WWE bought in. You think they sucked in the ring? You don't know wrestling. also Jazz and Jacquilline had very strong personalities. Gail Kim might have been a little bland, but not those other two. Give me a break. I know enough about wrestling to know when someone's consistently boring the shit out of the crowd. That's all Jazz and Jacqueline were good at. Those new Divas they brought in aren't wrestlers, so who cares what they're workrate is? That's be like me saying a football player shouldn't be cut from the NFL because he plays better than the cheerleaders.

Batista's such a pimp, he doesn't have a bandwagon. He has a ho train.
-
A boring one, maybe.
-
He was bumping his ass off tonight.
-
^I'd actually like to see Gail come back, now that you mention it.^ Its as if they finally wised up. This is around the same time they got rid of Billy Gunn, Albert, and Test.

Uhhhh, I have a feeling we weren't watching the same product a few months ago. Jazz didn't suck. Jazz lacked the agility to do anything but 1 power move and some restholds. I never understood what the people ever saw in her. Not that many people saw anything in her, since she couldn't get over. edit: plus she was injured all the damn time

I hope that one's a work.

Who is this JBL you all keep talking about? As far as I'm concerned, there is no Smackdown.
-
I'd rather see them just hire some other women's wrestlers rather than retire the division. Face it folks: Jazz, Jacqueline, Nidia, and Gail Kim were fired because they couldn't get over. All of them sucked in the ring, and had no personalities. Hopefully they'll get some new women in there that have a chance of being folks the fans want to see.

I don't know why everyone's complaining. This is easily the best PPV of the year.
-
She did it from the apron to the mat below the ring. You'll see 100,000,000 replays of it tomorrow on RAW.

Word.

credit: lords of pain, via PWTorch.com and WrestlingObserver.com Okay, so now what? Hold off and hope she's okay by Mania for a rematch (meanwhile keeping her on screen), or push Victoria as the top contender?

He makes a helluva heel, though. If it makes anyone feel better, I was going through some old tapes the other day and found an old Smakcdown where Randy gets DESTROYED~! by Brock Lesnar.

Batista might do just that...but Orton will be the co-winner. BATISTA MUST WIN THE ROYAL RUMBLE.
-
The only thing I didn't like about the match was how Batista was eliminated. Nutshot, RKO, pin. If the boos when he was eliminated didn't tell the front office something, nothing will. BATISTA MUST WIN THE ROYAL RUMBLE.
-
The crowd was a selling point for me, also. A good crowd can make even a crappy match watchable. This is the PPV that I've ordered since Wrestlemania XIX.

You feel weird for typing it? Imagine how the rest of us feel about READING it.
-
Damn, that was funny. I had to read it twice just to soak it all in.
-
The Royal Rumble was pretty good in 2004, also. If you can only buy one PPV on DVD, Wrestlemania XX is definitely the way to go. (I'd mention No Way Out, but the main event was included on the Eddie Guerrero DVD.)

By pointing out that no one is qualified to do the job, that argument IS a objection to the concept of censorship.

Jericho/Hogan was a title feud? It was just before the Jericho/HHH Hell in a Cell match, I believe.
-
^My hero.^

Exactly. As far as the Angle/HBK situation goes, I think the best thing would be to trade HHH to Smackdown for Angle. Send HBK and two other guys for Angle and Cena to Raw. Besides...HBK's only going to be around for so long so you might as well cash in on all the stuff he hasn't even touched on Smackdown yet. Wasn't the whole point to get HBK and Angle on the same show????

4.--ratings seem to back this up, because it took a hell of a long time to recover viewers the Hogan push alienated, but there were worse ones. Putting the belt on Hogan gets way too much flak. His title win coincided with the initial brand split, which I think is what killed the ratings at that time, not to mention the overall decline in quality they were in the middle of. Hogan's ONE MONTH title run is just a scapegoat for (and symptom of) bigger, more longterm problems which were the true cause of the 2002 ratings tank.
