  1. When I first read the shirt, I thought it said Past-A-Mania.
  2. What else did they do togther? I'm shocked that you didn't defend the Angle/Edge "comedy" as funny. Edge tricking Angle into holding those signs was funny. That's all I got. No it wasn't. Not in the least. Sorry, I forgot. We're not allowed to have opinions that conflict with yours. My bad. Perhaps you can explain what the hell is funny about WACKY SIGNS~! They said funny insulting things with arrows pointed to Angle. Duh. And IIRC, Angle had no clue derogatory things were being said about him on those cards . . . that's the humor in WACKY SIGNS~! Plus he had a goofy smile on his face while it was going on from looking at old pictures, because Edge had put the pictures on the other side of the signs.

  4. If I admit this is a good idea, I will be inadvertently decreasing the probability that the WWE will do it to .05%.
  5. didn't we devote whole threads over Randy Orton already? Just call me the harbringer of the inevitable.
  6. The funny thing here is that we're talking about wrestlers and unfair pushing and no one has mentioned Randy Orton yet.
  7. We're assuming he'll be happier now that he's not on Monday NigHHHt Raw.

  9. That says it all right there.
  10. I don't think the average fan even realizes it isn't live.
  11. RAW ME: Edge vs. HBK vs. HHH Smackdown ME: RVD vs. Angle
  12. Yeah...I deserve it. SATURDAY...it feels like Sunday, though. Morrissey says, "Fuck yeah, it does!"

  14. I'd skip the live Raw if they showed repeats every week. The only reason I watch Raw is it *might* be good, but I could read recaps and find out if it was crap or not if it was repeated. Taping it accomplishes the same thing. I usually tape Smackdown and use the spoilers or JHawk's review to let me know what to fast-forward through.
  15. Gotta love Heenan. I'm under the impression Heenan once said in an interview that he thought Shane was the best person in the business to be a manager.
  16. No. I have it on tape. He got a kick in.
  17. I had no idea a man assaulting a woman could have so many nuances. If I pushed a police officer, somehow I don't think the judge would buy a "at least I didn't hit him" defense. Like I said, I'd be more likely to want to think Austin had a defense were it not for the fact that this isn't the first (or second) time he's been accused of assaulting a woman he's been in a relationship with.
  18. What's up with Angle not wanting Eddie the Drug Addict to be Champ, but having no problem with giving Booker the Armed Robber a title shot?
  19. Wasn't Hogan behind the idea of "Mr. America", and if so, the excuse Vince made him do it is canceled out. I'd heard they were going to give the gimmick to Billy Gunn originally. That's just what I heard, though.
  20. Raw and Smackdown aren't judged on the same audience-share scale, since one is on cable and one is on broadcast TV. A 4.6 on broadcast TV is more households than a 4.6 cable. Or so I've been told.
  21. Just for the record, I'm pretty sure Nash got a kick in on Booker T before he blew his quad in that match.
  22. Remember when the motorcycle died? The horror...the horror...
  23. I was trying to figure out why a heel would be in the face lockeroom.. They got their locker assignments before Booker turned heel at the beginning of the show.
  24. To me, the low point of the NWO run (not that there weren't a lot of them) was when Scott Hall couldn't even get a clean win over Bradshaw at Backlash. Logically, Triple H should've retained the belt that night and joined the NWO. That'd have helped the angle greatly and saved us from the horrid Taker/Hogan feud... Of course, that whole show was fucked up beyond all recovery.
