I hope the moderaters take note of this retort. Not exactly the most civil and intelligent response to a simple post. Kill yourself. Fuck you, asshole.

I just watched his match vs. Y2J on RAW. I can't believe how he took that running powerslam into the guardrail where his back rammed into the steel, but especially was shocked by the Singshot Corkscrew Plancha he hit and his SICK bump where he was backdropped out of the ring and onto the floor. Plus, not to mention the regular bumps he's taking onto his back - Northern Lights Suplexes, Suplexes, and even simple lariats. I remember reading a WOW Magazine interview he did where he said that if he did a Flying Leg Drop he'd probably break his back literally. Now, the guy is taking bumps with guys like Jericho, RVD, etc. I don't know how he's taking bumps like these without permanently injuring himself. Say what you want about his political power, but please don't criticize his in-ring aabilities. For him to be doing the shit he's doing in the ring at his age is really amazing and I don't know how many people realize that.

About right? They've ran on Sundays several times before and on many of those shows (if I remember right, Truth or Consequences - which I believe was on a Sunday - only had a few matches announced beforehand) they only announced a few matches. Plus, considering this show was plugged for a long time by them hyping the Ian/Zandig match as a Tapei Death Match (Remember the thread we had on this board about the match that happened 8 years ago was about to happen again?), it's very low. Plus, it was also using IWA-MS guys, so for them to draw only 250 is even worse than normal b/c they should've also been able to lure JC, Webb, Ian, etc. fans. I guess you're referring to the thread where I confronted ShooterJay about his ignorance to XPW's success in Philly in terms of the individual wrestlers. That wasn't "Smart ass" comments; it was actually QUITE warranted. If I were to purposefully shit on CZW, you'd come back with a relatively harsh response (As you've done to me before [and I've done to you, of course, too]), so just because it's about XPW, which so many of us dislike, don't expect me to ignore it. I haven't made smart ass comments to you on this board in months. You made one to me yesterday, without being provoked, may I add.
-
I think he's being WAY too harsh. For every IWA-MS death match, there are three or four *** wrestling matches. Why doesn't he just base his ratings on XPW and CZW and BJPW and call it shit wrestling just because they have some blood? I respect the guy, but he's really whacked out to be saying this crap. Cornette needs to realize that IWA-MS is ran by Ian Rotten, who is one of the best workers in the world. Sure, stereotype him based on his ECW work ten years ago and assume he hasn't gotten more talented as a wrestler. He damn sure has and Cornette is being ignorant to that fact.
-
I don't make "smart ass" comments, unlike you made. Get a life. Show me where I made unwarranted, "smart ass" comments.

We now know the reason Ryan Smith refused to give the attendance. According to Meltzer, just 250 fans paid to get into the show!!! That's worse than XPW's average at the building! Talk about SHITTY attendance (the show looked good, but the fans obviously weren't into the card, judging by this fact) - Zandig has a LOT of thinking to do in the next week about how to get more fans to come. I'd hate to see this also happen for TOD.
-
Oh, yeah, you're really cool. Shut up with the lame ass cheap shots b/c I know you said that purposefully.

HOLY MOTHERFUCKIN' SHIT! ARE YOU FUCKIN' KIDDING US! I CAN'T FUCKIN' BELIEVE IT! lol, that was pretty funny Off on a complete tangent, TE3 just started airing over here in the UK, we're only about 8 months behind. Bring on Styles!

I'll also be there.

I don't like XPW at all, but when the hell did Rob Black do a snuff film? That'd be WAYYYY illegal, considering the fact that the government denies their existance. If you're talking about 'Forced Entry', the rape/murder scenes were all staged. I know in Europe people got busted for snuff filming, so they do exist. Just sayin'. But has EA done it for real? No. BTW, Barber, stop calling people names please. List some matches instead. ShooterJay, u still have yet to respond to my Shark Boy comments (if I remember right). K, I'll oblige, Crazy and Psichosis both had three great matches against each other, one of which I've seen, and the other two of which reviews were said to be very good of. Each also had what was said to be a good match vs. Chetti and in addition to all this, Psichosis had a match of the night candidate in a four-way at I think NYR. Kaos had a great ladder match w/ Hamrick, what was said to be an EXCELLENT match vs. Jonny Storm, a good match vs. Doring (Fallout), a great match vs. Doring (ES), and a very good match vs. Doring (MFX) (According to reviews; I've only seen the Fallout one). Hamrick had a great ladder match vs. Kaos, a GREAT match w/ Smothers vs. Angel/Shark Boy, two great matches vs. Angel and Shark Boy in singles, and a great match vs. Lynn. MMW had three excellent matches vs. Youthanazia, an excellent match vs. Black Panthers, a very good match vs. Dead Prez (w/ Smokey, and a good match vs. York/Matthews. So, in conclusion, I stand by my assumption ShooterJay that you were purposefully ignorant in your "list" because - you purposefully wanted to make it look like XPW was pretty much a failure in Philly (when in reality they produced some VERY good shows and matches) by only naming three guys who consistently put on great matches there (all three of whom haven't even worked more than six months in XPW, whereas Kaos, MMW, Crazy, Psichosis, Hamrick, etc. have) when in reality there were a LOT more guys who put on GREAT matches in Philly, four of which (Psichosis, MMW, and Hamrick) probably put on better overall matches than Shark Boy and arguably Lynn and Storm, who you included in your list. EDIT: Sorry for the Double Post, I thought my first post didn't work because I got an error message, but I guess it somehow did in fact work.

No. BTW, Barber, stop calling people names please. List some matches instead. ShooterJay, you still haven't responded to my Shark Boy comments. To not include Hamrick, MMW, Grimes, Kaos, etc. in the list is ridiculous. Here are some great matches from each guy (all occurred in LA): - Kaos vs. Hamrick; vs. Jonny Storm (haven't seen it; said to be EXCELLENT); vs. Doring (MFX; great match; saw it on XPW TV); vs. Doring at Fallout was said to be Blah, but I must say I liked it, not as much as vs. Hamrick, but it was still quite solid; vs. Doring at ES was said to be solid, but excellent, but def. not bad; Overall, I would definitely say Kaos deserves to be in your "they had good matches in Philly list" just as much as Shark Boy, Storm, and Lynn. - MMW vs. New Black Panthers; vs. Dead Prez; vs. York/Matthews (MBV; Looks Blah from the highlights I'm watching, reviews said good, but not much better than that); vs. Youthanazia (TLC; MMW regain tag titles); vs. Youthanazia (Youthanazia's debut); vs. Youthanazia (Youthanazia win tag titles); Overall, I would DEFINITELY say MMW deserves to be in your "they had good matches in Philly list" just as much as Shark Boy, Storm, and Lynn. - Hamrick vs. Kaos; w/ Smothers vs. Angel/Shark Boy; vs. Angel; vs. Shark Boy; vs. Lynn (MBV; said to be GREAT; I've seen the highlights and I agree); Overall, I would definitely say Hamrick deserves to be in your "they had good matches in Philly list" just as much as Shark Boy, Storm, and Lynn. - Psichosis: vs. Crazy (HTO; solid match; borderline great; very simple, but done very crisply); 4 way at NYR (I've seen it; GREAT match); vs. Chetti (MFX; haven't seen it; reviews said solid, but nothing really special; I'm reading the Play By Play right now and it looks really exciting though); vs. Crazy (ES; haven't seen it; reading ther PBP right now and it looks really good, better than vs. Chetti; reviews said great match); vs. Crazy (Fallout; reading PBP right now and it looks to be better than vs. Chetti, but not quite as good as ES match; reviews said very good); vs. Simon (MBV; said to be solid; I've seen highlights and it looks very good, but def. not much better than that; of course, can't really judge only by highlights); Overall, I'd say Psichosis - prolly even more than Hamrick deserves to be in your "they had gvood matche sin Philly list" - Crazy (see Psichosis for his matches vs. Psichosis; they had three great matches vs. each other); his other matches - vs. Chetti at NYR3 Night 2 (said to be solid, but not much better than that); How could you not include Crazy in your list, too? So, in summary, I think Crazy, Psichosis, Hamrick, Kaos, and MMW def. deserve to be in your list and Luke, Grimes, and Juvi are debatable. I stand by my assumption that you were ignorant to these performers matches and wanted to make it seem like XPW was really bad in Philly, when in reality they were pretty darn good, by only purposefully naming three guys, none of which have been in XPW for more than six months.

"All of those where either spotfests, sloppy,or garbage matches. XPW sucks, Rob Black is a sick pervert who did snuff, I am not going to suport someone who did that, the PPV is going to lose alot money from Black,it was a stupid idea. Wrestlers know if they go to XPW they won't be aloud back in IWA,ROH,CZW and others." No, they were neither spotfests, sloppy, or garbage matches, you ignoramus. Saying "XPW sucks" out of the blue shows why you shouldn't be taken seriously and why you're not taken seriously on this board. Ian Rotten worked XPW and is now in CZW.

XPW was already going into the ground by January, when he was still champion. If they really wanted him out, they would've done it then, 1inch punch.

1. In his NHB interview, DOuglas said that when Black focuses on wrestling and not porn, he would definitelyh be open to returning. He never said he wouldn't return. 2. Mike Awesome worked for ECW when he was being paid for every one out of 10 shows, about. Dreamer was having to give him his checks because unlike Dreamer, Awesome had a wife and kids to support. So just because Credible wasn't paid doesn't mean he wouldn't return. And considering that Credible NEVER said that he wouldn't return, what you're doing is inferring. And I've spoken to Doring personally. He's stated that he would defintely return to XPW if it makes a comeback, so just because one isn't paid is not an indication that they wouldn't return. Ric Blade had disagreements with Zandig about who would pay for his hospital bills. He left CZW. He's back. Read the " so just..." phrase again. 3. Altar Boy Luke told a friend of your friend that he wouldn't return to XPW? Well, considering he spoke incredibly highly of it in his recent interview and has told Sean Widup that he'd return to XPW, there's no reason to believe that he has heat with XPW, let alone that he wouldn't return. And Luke hasn't been doing death matches for the last half a year, practically. He was teaming with Salem and having great matches with Grimes and Johnny Storm.

It's great to see your fondness of straight out lying. Douglas said the promotion seems dead, but if it returns and gets its act together, he'd be willing to come back to it. Credible NEVER said he wouldn't work for it again. Luke has NEVER said he wouldn't work for it again. In fact, he told Sean W. that he'd be right there with open arms when it returns. Kaos nor GQ Money have said they'd NEVER work for XPW again. In fact, GQ still speaks quite highly of XPW in my conversations with him. Stop lying. I can see twisting the facts so that they go against XPW, but lying is just plain dumb. You stated "facts" that were ANYTHING but. "The XPW shows in Philly were actually reportedly pretty decent, 'tis true. They had guys like Jonny Storm, Jerry Lynn, and Shark Boy putting on good matches there." Reportedly? Have you seen Hostile Takeover? Fallout? Have you seen the XPW TV shows that aired in Philly that showed the matches? No, you haven't. Reports of XPW's Philly shows were surprisingly positive, with Hostile Takeover, getting excellent reviews both on the Internet and in magazines. Fallout also got very good reviews and was featured in magazines. Merry F'n X-Mas was said to be excellent and from the matches I've seen of it was just that. And ONLY Storm, Lynn, and Shark Boy have put on good matches? You've forgotten the classic XPW matches that occurred in Philly thanks to Grimes, Luke, Angel, Kaos, Hamrick, Smothers, MMW, and Youthanazia. It's well known that you're a CZW fan. It's also well known that I'm an XPW fan, but unlike you, I don't let my biases get in the way, whereas you do. Not only did you blatantly lie in this thread, but you came off as *completely* ignorant by disregarding all of the wrestlers that worked their asses off for XPW in Philly and put on great matches when in reality, Hamrick, Grimes, MMW, and Kaos deserve to be on the list as much - if not more - than Shark Boy, Lynn, and Storm. You're judging a company's shows that you haven't even seen in full, nor even in partial, which is obvious by how you said "reportedly." My question for you is - what matches of XPW in Philly have you seen?

Rob Black breaks his silence O.G. Siderman asked Rob Black for a pre-PPV interview and after 3 years of silence the XPW owner and CEO will speak. The interview will be on XPWrestling.com next week. The XPW Best of PPV debuts August 6th on Direct TV and In Demand PPV. Order and receive 2 free DVDs or Videos from XPW. Go to XPWrestling.com for more info. A pre-PPV preview video has been uploaded onto XPWrestling.com and to say the least, it's f'n awesome. Go to the XPWrestling.com catalog for more info. I've spoken to Danny Doring, Chris Hamrick, M-Dogg 20, Josh Prohibition, Simon Diamond, Angel, and Vic Grimes and all have said they'd be there when XPW returns and has another show, which rumors are saying won't happen for at least two months. Altar Boy Luke, Joey Matthews, Christian York, and a few others have said in other interviews that they'd also be willing to return to XPW when it has a return show. I'm psyched. Black is a wierd dude that only a few understands. When he does an interview (go check out his old RogReviews.com interviews), that interview instantly is hilarious. He may be a sick dude, but he has a passion for wrestling like almost no other indy promoter and I don't blame in the least for following his dream of running a promotion. XPW seems to be really pushing this PPV. I think it's proof that they're not confident in it that they're making this offer. If they were confident, they wouldn't also have to give away DVD's and videos and such. At the same time, I do recommend DL'ing the video. It's quite cool. Thoughts?

Is he a heel or a face? I'm confused. I watch SmackDown! most weeks, but it seems like he plays both roles. He cuts heel raps often, but at the same time, the fans seem to like him. Does anyone know what he's supposed to be?

Adam Flash of CZW had four matches in ECW, one of which was against Sabu. The Bushwackers have also wrestled in ECW.
-
Well, I was right - Slyk Wagner Brown did in fact work on the show, like I posted a few weeks ago he would. - Erik Watts beat Slyk Wagner Brown - Six-Man Tag Team Match: Konnan, B.G. James & Ron Killings beat Mad Man Pondo, "Spyder" Nate Webb & Dirk Ciglar - Johnny Swinger & Simon Diamond beat two unnamed jobbers - Kid Kash & Abyss beat Matt Sydal & Delirious
-
CZW's Sonjay Dutt also uses the suplex into kneebuster. He calls it the Bombay Buster, I believe.
-
Chris Kanyon had a very brief run in ECW. Crash Holly also wrestled in ECW. So did Chris Daniels and Michael Shane and Redd Dogg (formerly of OVW). The Backseat Boyz were scheduled to wrestle in ECW at the very next ECW Arena show that they were going to have, but they never had another show. They were backstage at the final ECW Arena show.

I must say that I really agree with your points about Bagwell.
