I'm amazed he only got one game. I can see where they'd think one game because of the Sundin stick throwing incident, but there's a huge difference between flinging your stick up in the stands and intentionally throwing something at an official.
Not worried...Sens still have two games in hand. Plus, I would expect the Leafs to beat Calgary at home...beating the Devils on the road is a different proposition (as the Leafs themselves just found out).
Ding, ding, ding...we have a winner.
God that was awful.
Ah, but that wasn't their finisher...it was the setup for their double gutbuster.
Also pretty bad, but not as much.
Forecast for Foxboro on Sunday: partly cloudy, high of 31.
Weather should have no impact on the game. For that reason, I'm leaning toward the Colts, as I think Manning has something to prove that the Pats don't.
That's the problem right there, and it's twofold:
1) Austin = ratings hasn't been true for a long time.
2) Ratings aren't what WWE should be worrying about. If they get more people buying PPVs and coming to house shows, ratings will go up along with them. Increasing ratings a couple of tenths isn't going to help when you're drawing 0.5 or lower on PPV and getting less than 7500 for mid-level towns on the road.
Because Summer Slam has been booked in the Skydome in Toronto for over a year now…That’s the proof.
But now we also have Backlash in Edmonton. That's just too perfect.
Things that make me smile, #48:
Scanning the hockey scores and seeing that Philadelphia lost to Pittsburgh.
AT HOME.
And just for old times' sake:
What? You mean the playoffs aren't over yet???
If the conference title games and Super Bowl even approach the excitement of the last 2 weeks, these will be the greatest playoffs ever.
