Not really. I think it just lends more credence to the argument that K-State's victory was a fluke and that OU wasn't playing like they should have been. Based off the rest of the season that is. The main thing it does is show that K-State wasn't as good as everyone thought they were, making OU's loss to them harder to defend.

Separation of church and state doesn't apply in this case. The schools aren't the ones espousing certain religious beliefs. People have a right to their own personal religious beliefs, and can't be told not to express them in public if they don't interfere with others. This law would be quickly ruled unconstitutional in any reasonable constitutional democracy.
