  1. I was going to take In Living Color on my next pick...dammit.
  2. Once again the adage that the Wings don't rebuild, they reload is proven true.
  3. Corey Perry stays with the Ducks on a 5 year deal. Keeping that pairing of Perry and Getzlaf will make for a solid base here in Anaheim.
  4. Sideways - Dir. Alexander Payne 2004 Paul Giamatti owned in this movie.
  5. Pee Wee's Playhouse Despite Paul Reuben's "extracurricular" activities, this was a creative and fun kids show that featured something for everyone.
  6. Almost Famous - Dir. Cameron Crowe 2000
  7. They still have it. I usually get it when I get their chicken sandwiches and use that instead of mayo

    Wall-E

I loved the hell out of the movie. Hearing the Apple sound when Wall-E charges made me laugh
  9. Dragnet Just the facts...classic
  10. Pick recinded...I needed to clear my PMs out.

    Wall-E

The film looks great and the characters look lovable, but it's another "Happy Feet"-message film from what I understand
  12. L.A. Confidential - Dir. Curtis Hansen 1997 Great story, beautiful production design, great adaptation of Ellroy's book as opposed to Black Dhalia
  13. The league has suspended Henry Samueli indefinitely. Ducks president Michael Schulman will be taking over for the interim.
  14. I'll third that, but I love either hot sauce or 1000 island dressing on my fries
  15. Fish, Asparagus and veggie burgers
  16. I just saw it a week ago too and it was great though I can't stand the soundtrack. Is it weird that I found Anne Bancroft damn hot? Onto my pick: Gladiator - Dir. Ridley Scott 2000 Amazing film, great score and in my opinion the last great non-adapted epic.
  17. Ducks owner Henry Samueli pleaded to one felony count of lying to the SEC regarding stock backdating. He will be sentenced on August 18 and is looking at 5 years probation and 12.25 million in fines.
  18. Miami Vice
  19. I hope Jesus is bringing the porkchops. Be Excellent in the Afterlife. RIP
  20. White Light, White Heat, White Trash - Social Distortion 1996 The first time I heard Social D was this album in the fall of 96 with "I Was Wrong" and is probably one of my favorite discs of theirs. Return of Saturn - No Doubt 2000 Moodier than Tragic Kingdom but just as good. Bleed Like Me - Garbage 2005 I could run the Garbage table, but as much as I like Beautiful Garbage it's really uneven and this disc is a great possible end to their discography. Mad Brilliant - Ghost of the Robot 2003 For my last pick, I figured I would put in on Celeb-led band and James Marsters only release with this band was pretty solid. It was a shame they didn't last longer.
  21. I've never been that impressed with their taco sauces.
  22. Man, I was hoping to run the Universal 80's action series table.
  23. Damn I wanted that. And I guess I was up during the day (I had no connection yesterday): Magnum PI This show had it all, fast cars, beautiful scenery, a kickass theme and great acting. But above all else, it was the first show on television to portray Vietnam Vets in a positive light.
  24. I will wear the mantle of "that fucker" with pride.
  25. Mallrats - Dir. Kevin Smith 1995 Yeah it may be most people's least favorite Kevin Smith movie, it was the one that introduced me to his films.
