For those talking about Sun's pregnancy and the significance of "no babies being born on the island since XXXX", am I the only one who thinks that last night's episode implied that that was no longer an issue? Ben mentioned to Juliette that The Others had triggered an implant in Claire so that she would appear symptomatic. To me it seems that Ethan was not sent to treat Claire, but that the birthing problem had been solved and that Ethan was sent largely to implant the device into Claire.
