All old games 3 for $15 at GameCrazy starting 4/28

I'm looking to replace my stolen N64 games and maybe get one or two I never owned. The sports and wrestling games which comprised half of my collection can be replaced cheaply anytime, so these are the titles I'm looking for now: 1. Zelda: OoT gold cart 2. Zelda: Majora's Mask gold cart 3. Paper Mario 4. GoldenEye 007 5. Perfect Dark 6. Conker's Bad Fur Day 7. Super Mario 64 8. Star Fox 64 9. Yoshi's Story 10. Resident Evil 2 11. Diddy Kong Racing 12. Donkey Kong 64 13. Mario Kart 64 14. Mario Party 1, 2, or 3 15. Super Smash Bros. 16. Harvest Moon 64 17. Mischief Makers 18. Jet Force Gemini 19. Kirby 64 Also, there are many Super NES and PS1 RPGs I'd like to get my hands on (I'd only want the PS1 games if they had a case included, though). I realize that the majority of those are likely gone if they were even at your store in the first place, but hey, it's worth a shot. And I know those add up to way more than the value of the gift card, but I figured I'd list everything to see how many of the games you might have available. Thanks for offering your assistance. -

Where exactly in SoCal are you from? I live in Moreno Valley/Riverside. Also, if anyone who gets in on this sale can pick up some games for me, maybe we can work out a deal where I can get you a new game (or other item) from Wal-Mart with my gift card and we can trade. I have $53.79 on the card, exactly enough for a $49.99 game plus tax. -

It's fucking hard to find a non-fast food job in Southern California. You live down here, so it seems like we have a similar problem. -
LMAO.... That was actually released? Wow.
-
God forbid you don't wear your pants around your knees, speak in ebonics, and bust caps in cracka ass foos... Come on Lushus, get with the program!

It would be stupid to run against WWE at this point. I really like TNA, but even I wouldn't watch one of their shows over Raw. If they could manage to get on Monday nights before Raw, however, that'd be wonderful.

I have some of my own, but most were from childhood, so I'll have to think of them. I'm not fully awake yet. I want to add one that a friend has, though. TSM poster LJSexay and I had known each other online since 2000. When I moved out to California, I discovered that I was 5 miles from his school. We met up at the university village and got something to eat. Luis got some fries, and I looked on in astonishment as he took each individual fry, squeezed a thin line of ketchup onto it, ate it, and repeated. I had never seen anyone do that before. EDIT: The only ones of mine I can think of right now (I used to have a lot) are that, when eating chili, I always eat the ebans first and save the meat for last. At burger and fry places, I always eat the fries first and burger last.

Well, to be honest, I've met plenty of African-Americans and hispanics who do fit such stereotypes, and those are probably the ones who buy the stuff. But the majority of my black and hispanic friends are articulate and intelligent, the way you are, and if I'm offended by this stuff when I'm white, I can only imagine how people of other races must feel about the way their cultures are being depicted.
-
These things are just furthering inaccurate stereotypes and are a disgrace to intelligent minorities everywhere. Just stating the obvious.

I was just coming here to post about this. I read the story upon awakening today, and I was and still am shocked. This was totally unexpected. Seeing as how Lance Storm is one of my favorite wrestlers, I became a big fan of Candido's during his ECW days. I was also really enjoying his work in TNA. It's horrible to see this happen. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to overcome an addiction, and Chris managed to do that while being part of a business and engaging in a lifestyle that makes it difficult to conquer such problems. Now he's dead at age 33 over something like this.

Indeed. I am perpetually broke. And no, whoever the fuck it is that responds to every post of mine with the phrase, don't tell me to "Get. A. Job." I've been applying for a while now. :-P -
That was fast. But damn... I can't believe I didn't realize that. I own the fucking DVD. Thanks, though.

Matt Muh... muh... muuuuuuuhhh... Morgan just made his entrance on Smackdown (airs 8-10 PM Pacific on LA's UPN affiliate) and I know I've heard his theme before. I'm thinking it was from a WWE video game... maybe Smackdown: HCTP? Can someone give me an answer? It's going to bug me all night otherwise.

But see, the Live patch also fixed the majority of the problems the game had offline. It makes a big difference. Then again, I liked the game even before the patch was released. It seems to be one of those "love it or hate it" types of games.

Crazy... I figured those were cheap normally. The Sonic game is only $15 for the GameCube version. -

Do those even cost $5 a piece normally? -
That's pretty much exactly how I have felt. I was super pissed when he won the belt, as I never liked Bradshaw, even in the APA. I somewhat enjoyed him before SS, but after Booker lost, I started to actually buy JBL as a main eventer and, later, championship material. On the other hand, I used to be a big Cena fan, ever since his Prototype days, but he's been so stale as of late that I wanted JBL to hold onto the title. I cheered for Cena at WM21 though, just because I thought it would be cool to see a guy I was a fan of win his first WWE Championship while I was there in the crowd.

Exactly. Matt is a big boy, and he can be professional about it. If this happened in any other line of work, he could've sued the shit out of them for wrongful termination, so the least Vince can do is hire him back. If we were really lucky and Edge and Matt could avoid stiffing the ever-loving fuck out of each other, they would have a great feud on their hands. Otherwise, Matt could go to SD and still get a great reception and he'd be a perfect candidate to take the US Title off Orlando Jordan. I just want Matt back. My favorite male wrestler, Matt, and my favorite female, Molly, were each released within days, and I'm still in mourning.

Now, the only way for Sony to reclaim the top spot is if they put out a killer horse racing sim or mahjong title. -

I was pretty sure that was the case. My GameCrazy has a damn good selection of NES, SNES, and N64 games, but I only have about $1.25 to my name. I have a $50 Wal-Mart gift card, but that doesn't do me any good. :-\ It's doubtful, but I hope there are still some decent games available when I get some more cash. I need to replace my N64 collection and expand my NES and SNES libraries. To anyone who takes advanatge of the sale, please post your finds. If you find some rare-ish RPGs that the employees haven't already scooped up, you could save a ton of money off the price you'd normally pay on eBay. -
I am by no means an expert on this stuff, but I can tell you one thing- If you hate cold weather like me, the climate alone is a good enough reason to move. Fuck those sub zero winters in Illinois. I was wearing shorts in January. The main drawback about living out here, as you may have guessed, is the cost of living. Housing costs where I live are twice as much as they were back in Illinois, and they only increase the closer you get to the coast (I'm maybe an hour away).
-
VX- What would you consider to be "affordable"? Huntington Beach and Garden Grove don't seem affordable whatsoever to me. I'm just curious, because once I can afford to move out of my parents' house (it sucks going back after living on my own) I'd like to live closer to the coast, but it doesn't appear to be feasible unless I win the lottery or live in a closet sized apartment in the ghetto.

That actually happens quite a bit, with teams sweeping division rivals 2-0 and then beating them again the playoffs.

Unlike basketball where the Lakers and Clippers play in the same division, the Sox and Cubs are in different leagues. They're not actively competing with each other. I dunno... My dad's side of the family is filled with diehard Cub fans, and I was watching their games before I could talk. When I started watching baseball regularly about 10 years ago, I became a White Sox fan as well.
