The only thing I've done is had alcohol. I love to go out with the girls and have a few drinks while at the club. I very rarely, if ever, drink at home. I've never done drugs, nor do they interest me. Cigarettes I shy away from as well. If you've ever kissed a guy or girl who smokes a lot, you'll understand why I despise it. I can't see how my membership here means I'm looking for attention. I've started one thread, which was actually suggested for me to do so that the other thread didn't get stuffed with posts unrelated to the original discussion. Yet AM The Kid, you think I want everyone's undivided attention. While I hope to be viewed as a friendly member of the board, I'm not going to lose sleep if people don't find me to be interesting. The only reason I had started the thread was because I thought I was unfairly criticized, partially because I'm new. It's over and done with. -Tiff

The waiters/waitresses that tick me off are the ones who blatantly act like you're ruining their night by coming in, especially those working in a late night diner like Denny's. Then after they are done being rude to you and most likely messing up some of the order, they act like a born-again Christian when it's time to pay the check and leave a tip. As if the fake smile at the end of the meal will make my friends or myself forget the horrible service and treatment. -Tiff

Ben is right. These people would still consider the hazing to be something they should be proud of had they not been caught. Once reality slapped them in the face and they were met with the consequences, they suddenly developed (phony) consciences. -Tiff

They appear to be well-conceived and fair, Dames. I especially agree that disputes with moderators should be handled privately. I felt that way when I saw Bruce constantly bothering Dr. Tom in his thread. -Tiff

I was just a bit offended that I got attacked for making that one post. I had admitted I was straying from the topic and that I was unfamiliar with what the topic was. I just felt that while it didn't contribute to the original topic, it was something to point out. I have seen a few other posters making comments for no reason other than to try and be funny, when they are just disrupting conversation. I don't think I can be compared to them, and that's why I found Mr. Rant's comments towards me uncalled for. I'm not trying to be a bitch to him, but he had no valid reason to compare me to a troublemaking poster. -Tiff

I haven't responded in the "puro" thread because I don't want to shift those people off their topic. Apparently though, Mr. Rant feels that I'm trolling, and irritating. This was to the point that Banky had to take action. This is not a thread where I expect everyone to kiss my feet and say they like me. I just honestly don't think I've done anything to warrant the opinion Mr. Rant has. I like this place and would like to stick around, but I won't do so if I'm intruding on any of you. I don't think you can get banned for joking around making fun of a person. From what I have seen, it is only the people who have been posting nonsense and being voluntarily irrational. Unless you meet that criteria, I think you'll be OK. -Tiff
