Paul Heyman is again involved with the backstage creative process in WWE on the SmackDown! brand. He has been the main person behind many of the recent skits that have gotten over well with the audience. He is also scripting all of his own segments. He is not yet back as an official part of the creative team though, and is currently being considered as talent, not management.

Christian is a possibility, he's held nearly every belt. Cena is ovious. Orton will probably (sadly) happen. Dupree is young enough to eventually become another Undertaker type vetran who will probably get the belt. CM Punk if used correctly could get the push to the top.

I think if people who potentially could get signed by WWE like CM Punk should get their names (i.e CM Punk) tatooed on their chests. WWE would then find it harder to corrupt their gimmicks
