I remember going through 4 copies of No Mercy and just settled for the one that I found out a year later had the no-save glitch anytime I finished one Championship mode 100% and moved on to another. Strangely, this happened after my data suddenly erased one day, and the no-save glitch wasn't happening before. Sadly, no Smackdown game in the last few years is as good as No Mercy was even with the glitches. Only Fire Pro Returns is close competition.

That seems to happen with just about any diva. I remember Trish being a heel before she was injured around May 2005 and Viscera splashed her at Judgment Day after losing to Kane. Then she came back close to Unforgiven on Raw as a face again for no reason.

I have a feeling 2008's Rumble might not be so great either since most of the top stars are already in other matches, unless Rey, Edge, Jericho, JBL, Flair, and/or MVP qualify from winning their matches.
