Why was it "not that good" ? I thought it was very good. Tons of cool offense, great execution, beautiful pace, and a great arm injury storyline worked into it. Very impressive Nitro debut. Loved it. Been quite a while since I last watched it, so I may be talking out of my ass. I don't remember anything about an arm. They didn't have more than one Nitro match, did they? Anyways, I remember the match feeling rushed and being sort of spotty for those two. I'll have to find the match and rewatch it soon to see. I believe it was a BOSJ match I was thinking of.

Their J-Cup match sucked. There's really nothing to it. The Nitro match is better, but still not that good. As far as I know, the only really good Eddie/Benoit matches on tape would be one from one of the syndie WCW shows and another one from Japan. I don't remember the dates or anything, though. Anyways, Venis has had a ton of great matches on Heat that nobody ever seems to care about.

A samoan for whom I mark. He's just you're sterotypical samoan wrestler pretty much. He has a semblance of talent and a good load of charisma and he's used as a comedy character in HUSTLE. I like him, but other than the fact that he got the crowd cheering for him while he was getting squashed by Riki Choshu and being entertaining in a match with three juniors, I haven't seen much of him.

I don't really know how tall London is, but he really didn't look that small in there with the Dudleys today. Besides, he's already better than Shawn Michaels was at his age. I know WWE's trying to get away from big bumps and high spots, but a TLC match would get London over huge.

You find HUSTLE-3 at Highspots. I don't know where Hustle-1 and Hustle-2 are though, because that was when Zero-One started cracking down on tape bootleggers. Give me an "L!" L! Give me a "Y!" Y! Give me an "N!" N! Give me a "C!" C! Give me an "H!" H! What's that spell? LYNCH! Yeah, his email's in one of the sticky threads up there if dude's still interested.

Sonjay should really wear those pants in TNA. It would be amusing.
-
Sure sounded like it. Heh. That's funny. Y'know the spoilers made it sound like RVD & Booker would, y'know, wrestle a little bit before the match ended.

Did Cole just say "Rob Van Dam is smelling it here."?

Charlie Haas should never... ever job to Billy fucking Gunn.
-
They should put all those Summerslam commercials on the DVD. That would be cool.

I think highspots has DVD's. ...and Adamo or no Adamo, I'm so getting this.

I beat Super Mario Bros and Final Fantasy IV earlier this week--and while they're really short I beat Sunset Riders and the Simpsons arcade game 3 or 4 times each by myself and with other people.

That last part sounds like a really great way to end a houseshow.

Evil heel-turned TSM rocks. I love you all. -
Dragonranas hardly ever look good(except when Dragon Kid does them) because the person doing them usually blows it. Sonjay Dutt's is good most of the time.

Why do I see Jindrak's penis in that picture?

Seconded. I love his work. Anything by Osamu Tezuka is good, too. I've only watched a handfull of episodes of DBZ and didn't really care to much for it, but I'm really enjoying the manga. It's kind of like how old-school american super hero comics should have been... y'know with fighting and stuff.

Y'know I always wondered why Marvel was in the copyright thing with the WWF at the end of WMVI.

I think it's a continuation of the whole "Takada is trying to emberrass Choshu" storyline.

Oh... that's not Hustle 4--it's more like a house show (notice, only 2,000 fans). Here's the Hustle 4 line-up for 7/25. (From KrisZ at DVDR Boards) 7/25 – Yokohama Arena 1. Josh Daniels & Sonjay Dutt vs. Kaz Hayashi & Spanky 2. HUSTLE Mask vs. Super Crazy 3. Hardcore Royal Rumble – Participants announced so far: Steve Corino/Tomoaki Honma/Kintaro Kanemura/Riki Choshu/Masato Tanaka 4. Daio Gama vs. Shinya Hashimoto 5-9 featuring 3 tag & 2 singles matches: HUSTLE Army (Katsuhisa Fujii/Toshiaki Kawada/Ryouji Sai/Wataru Sakata/Hirotaka Yokoi) vs. Takada Monster Army (Mark Coleman/Monsieur DO Barbarossa (Jason the Legend)/Psycho the Death (Psycho Simpson)/Kevin Randleman/Gigante Silva) 6. Dan Bobish & Masked No Fear (Yoshihiro Takayama) vs. Naoya Ogawa & X Still no Adamo or lucha but, it sounds like I'll be getting another Hustle show.

I just got that show from Lynch. I haven't watched it yet as I also got some recent WWE PPV's and better quality copies of Survivor Series '96 and AAA WWC and I've been watching them. Anyways, is it really as good as its been pimped as?
-
I don't watch a whole lot of newer puro. Other than the Hustle shows, the NOAH show with Taue/Nagata would be my most recent one. Anyways, I did like Goldberg/Ogawa from Hustle 1, though.
-
Shit, I didn't know there was a new Hustle show this soon. The card doesn't look anywhere as good as some of the last ones and there no Adamo, Zebraman, or luchadores, but I'll still get it.

Hogan/Hansen is one of Hogan's best matches ever. I haven't seen anything else on there though.
