So I got the DVD and it sucks. The 2nd disc only has 3 featurettes and the music video of "You Know My Name". Guess I'll wait until next year when the Ultimate Edition of Casino Royale is released.

Interesting to note that the 1989 Rumble will feature Hake vs. Harley Race, which is not included in the Coliseum Video version that I have. As well as the addition of the Women's title match. Pretty cool that this set is truly complete. That's great to hear! More reason to pick it up!

So was Andre The Giant really undefeated in the WWF prior to WM III or did he suffer a pinfall loss before then? I doubt it seeing how WWF wasn't keen on doing face / face, heel / heel matches back then.

I wanted Shawn Michaels to win the match so badly back then and I was pretty pissed when he didn't. Then we had to deal with the "boyhood dream" crap the following year when HBK got a second chance at the main event.

Pretty sad this had to happen, but its WWE's fault for letting their "RAW is good, Smackdown is bad" bullshit mentality get in the way of business.

It didn't help that Backlund botched the finish of the match by forgetting to say "I Quit!"

They should have put Hogan's interview from the Snake Pit on the WM III DVD: CE as an extra as well. (Unless its already on Roberts DVD, I'm not sure?) Sucks to hear the Coliseum Home Video Exclusives weren't put as extras either. Thank God I still have my tapes!

I thought Lethal Protector was a fun read. As for Lesnar being Venom, that would have been awesome and would have made sense since I'm used to the Eddie Brock character being, you know, a body builder?

Saw it on DVD last night, just as awesome as when I watched it for the first time in the theatre. GREAT movie, but I still stand on my stance about the ending seen in my previous post in this thread. I predict it will happen just like last year with Ang Lee. Scorsese doesn't win Best Picture, but will get Best Director to make up for it.

I'm hoping that Championship Edition of WM III will include the Coliseum Home Video exclusives.

Yeah, true for the most part. But in a way, it was somewhat of a nod to WM II. It was Bret Hart's first and William Perry was in the Battle Royale of the event since part of WM II was in Chi-town.

Because Foley still has unfinished business with McMahon (his firing last year)
