Yeah, DAF also sucked not only because of the lame explosion climax but . But then I also noticed the film starts off with the bad ass opening in Japan where YOLT left off so it could explained that EON tried to forget OHMSS took place because of they felt bitter that Lazenby left them high and dry and that DAF actually follows YOLT. Thankfully, FYEO fixed this in the intro by remembering OHMSS with Tracy. I also preferred Blofeld's demise in the film because in the novel of YOLT (the movies are filmed out of order compared to the books and some of them don't even use the same storyline), Bond Very anti-climatic IMO.

I love how the movie was teasing SPECTRE. Now that McClory is dead, there's a chance they could get the rights back from his estate like Warner Bros. did with the use of Marlon Brando's footage for Donner's Cut of Superman II. Patrick Stewart for Blofeld please!

First off, I just want to say I did not have a problem with the first FF movie except the final battle being disappointly short. As for this, I feel kind of cheated. I mean I remember the Marvel guys talking about wanting to make a Silver Surfer movie, now its like they got scared that SS wasn't going to be a draw because he's not a big name hero (ala Elektra) so they slapped on the FF name on there to gain interest so its more like a guest starring feel. Should be good though, I just don't like this direction they took. Also, this movie needs the Super Skrull.

I forgot to mention how much Diamonds Are Forever sucked. Great song, awesome opening sequence, cool villains with the gay hitmen couple, but then it all goes to shit when , it was REALLY annoying and practically killed the movie for me.
