Wasn't Edge supposed to feud with HHH during the summer of 2004 though before the fans turned on Edge for whatever reason?
-
Some of The Royal Rumble PPV was fucking bullshit!!! Pros: - Seeing Gregory Helms return to SD and winning gold again - Mickie James winning - Seeing JBL get DESTROYED in record time!!! - A majority of the Royal Rumble match itself - HHH coming out at number one, I never would have guessed! - The return of Tatanka, Goldust, and RVD! - The final four came down to the top favorites picked to win so I really do think WWE cares more about what a bunch of 12 year olds typing away on their computers have to say than the company wants to admit! - Cena's entrance (they should have just saved that for Mania though) - Even though it was a horrible match, the booking of Angle / Henry did make perfect sense with the cat and mouse roles. - Thank God Angle retained. - The Return of The Undertaker Cons: - I would have been happier if they did a bullshit finish with Cena and Edge. The one time I actually wanted to see a DQ, count-out, or draw happen. - Seeing Mark Henry main event one of WWE's biggest PPVs. - And its been half a year now since the belts switched brands and the World Heavyweight Title is STILL the main focus on co-brand PPVs instead of the WWE Championship! WTF?!! - And finally icing on the shit cake goes to Rey Mysterio winning the Royal Rumble. I thought Randy Orton was favored by Vince and co.? Okay, so yeah he jobs to the Undertaker in their blow-off match. I can understand that even though not liking it, but there is no excuse for not having RKO winning. He was number 30 for fuck's sake! People don't like Orton, but I would have rather had him win than HHH again. Vince McMahon does not have the balls to put Rey Mysterio in the main event of Wrestlemania against Cena or Angle, so this Royal Rumble win, just like 1997 and 1999, was a complete waste of time!

I fucked up my question, what I meant to ask was... How many Cruiserweights went on to become world champions besides Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, and AJ Styles?
-
Besides Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, and AJ Styles, has there been any other Cruiserweight Champions that went on to become World Champions?
-
Like I said in another thread, I'm glad he's the world champion again. He truly deserved it. He's one of my favorite wrestlers ever and I'm also thankful he went back to Smackdown because I don't think he was going to go anywhere on RAW.

Oh yes and having the winner of the Royal Rumble not even getting a world title shot at Wrestlemania is probably one of the stupidest things they could do (VINCE DOESN'T COUNT!!!). Its bad enough I had to see that shit happen back in 97 with Stone Cold, I don't want to see it happen again.

My predictions: WWE Championship John Cena Vs. Edge I'd love to see Edge hang onto the title a little bit more longer, but I'm almost for certain Cena's getting it back and its a damn shame. World Heavyweight Title Mark Henry Vs. Kurt Angle For the love of God, please let Angle retain. Ever since Bradshaw got the fucking title, I haven't trusted WWE when it comes to shitty wrestlers getting world title shots. Ashley Vs. Mickie This match could go either way really. Iin the end, it will only be to establish Mickie as a heel, which is better this way since it won't be a complete rehash of the Sable / Tori feud. I'm also picking Mickie because Alexis Laree > another soon to be Playboy Flavor of The Month. The Boogeyman Vs. JBL I wouldn't be surprised one bit if JBL pulled a fast one in this since he's protected beyond belief, but the Boogeyman has made quite an impact since the debut of his ridiculous, but entertaining gimmick and fans to seem to like it. Oh how glorious it would to see former world champion, Bradshaw be jobbed out to a rookie. : D Open Challenge for the Cruiserweight Title Kid Kash Vs. Mystery Opponent I'm guessing the mystery opponent will be Paul London or Nunzio. Either way, I see Kid Kash retaining. The Royal Rumble: Randy Orton Despite some of the big names involved, I really don't see a certain winner (The Coach LOL) besides HHH or Orton and I'd rather see RKO get rewarded than HHH doing more egostroking at the end of a big PPV. I'd like to see RVD win or Mysterio actually pull it off, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Apparantly, HBK hasn't taken a good look in the mirror over the years. I just love this kind of stuff, even Hogan's book is more credible than this drivel.

Kung Pow: Enter The Fist

There was also the fight between the Nasty Boys and The Outsiders. HTQ can explain what happened best. There was also the confrontation between Hogan and Savage at a NWATNA PPV where Hogan wanted to take up on Savage's challenge, after first trying to come to a truce, in which Randy ran off like a pussy.

Wait, so the Big Show is actually taller than Andre?

The movie is absurd because even if it did all happen as you put it: Those scenes clearly are contradictive and that's how I look at it.

WWE notes from Da Meltz on Figure Four Daily
Lil' Bitch replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
Only because Angle fucked up and took an unprotected chairshot to the head from Lesnar. Angle was doing just fine until that happened. -
Okay so basically in a nutshell, the book says he did it. The movie version says it was all in his head.

Thomas Haden Church cast as villain for Spider-Man
Lil' Bitch replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in Television & Film
Yeah, they confirm on the DVD commentary that Doc Ock "died". -
It would be great if they re-did the Hassan spot from last year and all the wrestlers joined up and threw HHH out.
-
LeBron, he still has time on his side so who knows what he'll be pulling off in the future.
-
For once, I'd like to see number 30 win.

4.) Hogan and Flair faced off against each other in a singles televised match in December 1991 shown on the Madison Square Garden Network. They would not face each again in the WWF until May 2002 on an episode of RAW where Hogan defended the Undisputed Title against RAW GM Flair. On the 2nd to last episode of SNME, Hulk Hogan teamed up with Sid Justice to take on Ric Flair and the Undertaker. Sid turned heel. There's also a match on Battle of the WWF Superstars 1992 where Hulk Hogan teams up with IC Champ Roddy Piper to take on Ric Flair and Sid Justice. Off the top of my head in WCW: Bash At The Beach 1994 - Hogan's first WCW match, defeats Flair to win the WCW Title Halloween Havoc 1994 - Hogan defeats Flair in a Steel Cage Retirement Match, retaining the WCW title Superbrawl 9 - Hogan defeats Flair courtesy of David Flair's heel turn, retaining the WCW title Uncensored 1999 - In one of the strangest match endings ever in prowrestling history, Flair defeats Hogan via pinfall in a First Blood Steel Cage Match to win the WCW title. Uncensored 2000 - Hogan defeats Flair in a Strap match.

I still say Orton is winning.
-
Glad to know Shelton is getting gold back.
-
What was the point of Benoit losing ANOTHER best of 7 match series to Booker T? At least WCW had better booking the first time.

Next Month's Smackdown magazine has Royal Rumble winner on cover
Lil' Bitch replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Rey Mysterio is NOT winning the Royal Rumble! But if he does, I'll be damned! -
Nice to see Benoit FINALLY defeat Orton other than a lame DQ.
