  1. Aftermath was the name for the January of 03 shows right before XPW gave up on Philly. It wasn't released on DVD though. He probably just made a mistake.
  2. Am I the only one who thought Impact was fantastic last night? Sure, no matches were great, but everything was smooth. Even Hoyt's match had a polished feel to it like Bobby Lashley's squash matches have. I actually thought the main event was the least eventful of all the matches.
  3. I doubt it. The guy's a lot more muscular than I remember Darsow ever being.
  4. TNA's had AT LEAST twenty-five "Hello...Goodbye" guys on their roster. It was getting pretty ridiculous during Russo's era.
  5. Vince McMahon's egomaniacal overacting was in rare form Monday night. Even I wouldn't have been able to stop myself from laughing.
  6. How fucking stupid do you have to be to pull the "Rob the pizza guy after giving the store your friend's ADDRESS" crime? And he didn't even get the money from the looks of it.
  7. Please God please. I don't care about it going out on top. On its weakest day Arrested Development is still better than just about every single TV show out there.
  8. That's a myth.
  9. Nash is a wonderful commenator but his joke-a-minute style doesn't put over the product at all. Nash fine commentating for a sinking ship (ala WCW), but no thriving organization should make him an announcer unless it's a one-match thing to put over an angle he's working.
  10. Rocky had some problems with the law a year or two back, so that probably had some bearing on the decision.
  11. Well, at least the guys can still high. I remember Waltman talking about how some of the guys would've rarely used painkillers if they could just be stoned 18 hours out of the day.
  12. I could've sworn this this thread was done, using your site as a reference, a year and a half or so ago.
  13. "I definitely want something like this when I move out of my apartment." Great line right there. I wish TNA's editors were talented enough where Young would've been able to do a second take of the "This is the worst idea yet" line. It just didn't work. Pretty fun Impact tonight.
  14. Holy shit I love these Tim White videos.
  15. There's a blue chipper by the name of Koko that's getting a lot of praise from the agents. He jobbed to Rob Conway on Heat a few months back and the match was tremendous.
  16. I made that. I get a kick when I'm on a non-wrestling website and it's posted.
  17. Wrestling fans aren't funny.
  18. And then there can be a pair of shows named Who and What...
  19. This coming Saturday the coverage is on until 11:30, followed by loal news for a half hour. I guess we'll have to see this week and (more telling of how things are going) the week after's to see how things are actually going.
  20. FOX's network head said the network will probably be profitable right out the door. I guess that's what happens when you only have two real shows to produce.
  21. We've already gone through everything about CW, but now there's another player in the game, FOX's My Network TV. So, uhhh, they start innovative by doing a ballsy, soap operaish setup for their two new shows. And the rest? America's Top Model Ripoff, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here meets Temptation Island, news crap, and British game show remake. Keep in mind the network's only premiering in 10 markets.
  22. Lol... Not that AAO was a bad show, but TNA fans' positivity about their product is so cute. It simply wasn't a Thumbs Down show. That doesn't mean there wasn't a good portion of "thumbs in the middle," assuming they do that.
  23. Shut up. Seriously.
  24. I was observing in a middle school today and a group of sixth grade girls loved it. So there's a hint on what kind of people like that film.
