The fact that Davis is refusing to pay his contract is bullshit- no matter who is right or wrong, Davis just comes across so badly.
Davis is the one who has managed a Super Bowl contender into the gutter, and is by all accounts getting up there and losing brain cells, I don't think he's the most credible guy.
