I prob won't watch b/c of hockey, but it will be fun to see the gang back together

I thought he was decent, especially given that it was his first show

I actually liked 30 Rock for a while, but then in the second half of season 1, it stopped being a workplace sitcom and just became this messy trainwreck of celebrity cameos and trying to be wacky. And it just wasn't funny. They also killed Alec Baldwin's character for a bit, placing him in one dumb story after another, instead of just having him be an asshole. Some episodes work, but a lot of episodes are just 22 minutes of someone trying to put it all together and failing.

Explain. He's not very agile, and is going to stick out like a sore thumb. He's a terrible choice for a spotfest.

You haven't said anything that stupid recently. Granted, you're still a terrible poster. And I wasn't trolling you.
-
You stole that from The Thread Killer!

Heh. No.

Slumdog had the second best weekend of all time for a movie in its tenth week of wide release.

At The Pit, you can't say nigger in boardum. :-(

They culled the show from a few different shows they did in South America and Australia and just used the best footage. The movie basically got fucked by the Miley movie. Not getting to hear City of Blinding Lights sucked

I think guess c-bacon's password would be a fun game. Invader3K said some very mean things about you, I hope you're not offended.

Was your password matthewgoode?

U2 3-D was good, but the setlist was a big letdown.

gary floyd does have the tendency to make sure to remind everyone how stupid and awful a particular poster is. That said, Jingus' horror reviews do suck

I guess I'm the only one who thought Friday was really bad, but then again, I don't like slashers

I liked the Larry King where he asked Jerry Seinfeld if Seinfeld was cancelled, and he just went off on him

Originally 30 Rock was going to be much more focused on the travails of putting on The Girlie Show, with lots of skits. NBC.com was even going to have exclusive material, and Jack Donaghy was supposed to be an occasional character, not in every episode. That summer, they retooled 30 Rock to place less of an emphasis on the actual making of the variety show, and there would be no more skits at NBC.com, so Rachel Dratch wasn't really necessary. To throw her a bone, they were going to have her show up each week as a different character and do something wacky, but that was quickly dropped when the TGS stuff was even more toned down. So in the end, it sucks to be Rachel Dratch. Is Josh even on the show anymore? Apparently not.

Tanking games is stupid, especially since they have a draft lottery to prevent you from tanking games. What are they supposed to do, miss open nets? Just skate around with the puck and not take shots?
-
The Valentine's Day episode was hilarious, so occasionally 30 Rock does hit it out of the park. I wonder if they can do an episode without someone making a cameo.
-
I don't understand why Jane Krakowski is still on the show. I think it's just to rub it in Rachel Dratch's face
-
Tina Fey's not a genius. I thought the episode was pretty terrible. I don't care at all about Jack and Elena, and the Larry King stuff wasn't funny. It was nice that the guy from Office Space got work though.

Don't look now, but the Leafs are 7 out of a playoff spot. Parade on Yonge Street?

The ending to that Nitro is awesome. Sting was the best in 1997
