So. We can make decisions and then have them overturned a few hours later? The fun! Well if it's a dumb decision, then yes. If you ban AndrewTS just because, then will take it back. But if WP comes back again under another name, then you can ban him and we won't overturn it. You just have to ask the other mods if it's alright. Then what's the fucking point of paying to be a mod?

Lord of the C... I keep thinking it's Cunt or Clitoris

You're welcome

All for a low price!

Was I a little over the top and misguided at the time? Probably. Yet I still fail to see why my angry tirade advocating a more civilized and responsible society is met with such disapproval. haulocaust

I liked that show where Jack Osbourne climbed stuff -
I was warned for my comments in this thread. But then it was rescinded.

Ummmm yea. He's 7 ft tall!! Choken's point was that he wasn't lazy because he was willing to take unprotected chair shots, bleed and do bumps to get over. And he's had some entertaining matches. The guy's not going to do crazy moves b/c a) He'd probably get very hurt and b) He realy doesn't need to

There's a shocker. What do you expect from Big Show? **** matches? Him and Brock really worked really well together. I remember he had a pretty good match with HHH in the Road to WM tourney.

Even though Cena would get the heel heat of his life- I'd love to see him go over Hogan

Because they're black

I meant insane. My bad

Our football team always sucked. No one really cared about them too much. People would go to the games on Saturday, but I doubt one person could tell you the final score. That's why I laugh at a lot of Friday Night Lights, I can't believe how isnane it is. Where I was from was a small town, and no one really cared about the sports teams. Our school was known for the musical we put on every year. Yes, that's pretty gay

Good. The show is not about football. It's about the effect football has on the lives of the people in this small town. It has everything to do with football and football culture! Seriously, stop watching the show if you don't understand it.

Do I have any money invested in WWE? No. So I like what entertains me. I don't sit there and go, "That match/segment was cool. But it won't draw money, so I hate it." Go ahead and think about the big picture. I'll just laugh at you for taking a couple of funny skits so seriously b/c they won't increase Vince McMahon's pocket -
What an awful law.

I think they meant the Party of Five joke
-
I should've realised the joke wasn't funny, y'all are right. Andd yes, those are real letters. I used to have a huge mailbag, but s-n-l.com stopped posting reviews
-
I think they were supposed to be really good, but Street's injury killed them since Saracen is so bad. They also lost Reyes, one of their top D men.
-
It's about teenagers playing football. Of course they have to focus on their drama, and I think it's good TV. Julie-Saracen is awesome. I am getting sick of them winning every game with some miracle

Just a shame it made zero dollars and did nothing for either man. Oh for the love of puddin' Could you take off those "Smark-glasses"you're wearing? Do I personally care if it made money? no - I was entertained by it. Do I care that by *your* definition it did nothing for either man? - no I was entertained by it. That's what matters to me, not if it "drew money" or "Put someone over" - my criteria is simple: Entertain me That did, no shame in anything about it - only shame is people later on being so smarky-snarky that how much money they drew makes a difference in what they think of something. I guess we don’t need to get you The Big Book of Clichés for Christmas. I’ll quote a guy who knew a thing or two about wrestling. You might have heard of him. His name was Fred Blassie. “Promos are made to draw money. They are not for any other reason. Anyone who does a promo for another reason is doing one for the wrong reason.” Substitute promo for skit, and you’ve got a general idea of why I, thinking of this from a business standpoint, did not like the skit in question. As a fan, I thought it was moderately amusing. Not the funniest of skits, though it was one of WWE’s best. But putting aside what I thought as a fan and looking at the big picture, something a lot of people are unwilling to do because that would mean thinking of something other than their own enjoyment, the skit did less than nothing. It made Steve Austin look like a midcard joke, which is the exact opposite of the Austin character that draws. It made Angle look like more of a goof when he had just made strides to being a more serious character, which might have helped him draw something because goofs do not draw. If the purpose of the skit was to amuse people, then great, because it did that. Contrary to what you seem to think, I never said it was wrong to be amused by it. In fact, I was amused by it. But just because I was amused by the skit that does not mean I’m going to sit here with a smiley face and ignore that the skit did nothing in any way that could draw money or help draw money, which is the only right reason to do a promo or skit. Get over yourself. Who cares if the skit drew any money. Are you Vince McMahon? No. They were funny skits to kill time while Austin and Angle were injured. The crowd loved them. -
Thank God for Jets-Bills!
