Bob. We need to talk. That was a month ago. We need to talk about your nitpicking. HA! This coming from someone who spazzes out about the lack of capitalization in a post. There's a difference between using worst wrong v. making a post in all lower case so it's annoying to read.

Discussion: Bluring / Removing "WWF" and scratch logos from
bob_barron replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in The WWE Folder
Shut up, JN News. The blurring is a little annoying, but I don't see how it takes away the enjoyment of a match unless you're really anal. It'd be great if everything could be as it was, but it can't be, so I think everyone should try to accept it. -
The DDT board invasion was awesome

I thought the Predators did well fanbase wise. I'm hoping they move though, Canada needs another franchise
-
The Stars and Lightning are both popular franchises. There is no Memphis pro-hockey team. LA was huge when Gretzky was there, don't know about now. The Thrashers probably aren't necessary
-
No, not really.
-
It's because of the strike. Lorne wanted to do 22 episodes to make up for last year
-
I really wish they'd bring back Classic SNL. The stretch where they were showing 94-95 shows was great- like watching a weekly car wreck
-
Clinton's first term was rather boring though. A lot of it had to do with the people on the show (Farley, Sandler, etc) not excelling at political satire and because it was just uneventful (Gennifer Flowers wasn't a real big deal and most of the material centered around Clinton dealt with him being fat) 1996-2000 was comedic gold though and Darell Hammond ruled it. They had Hartman though, who was great. But 94-95 wasn't about political satire, it was about pissing off Garafalo and seeing what show could be the least funny.

Exactly! Or almost every other skit that didn't involve Palin
-
The fact that they still haven't found one is just sad. Fred's impression sucks and it just makes them look so bad
-
I agree- easily the worst since the first post-WGA episode with Tina. A lot of the skits just had awful premises, they were dead before they started. Last season had potential, but the strike really killed their momentum, and a lot of potential political humour. I've really enjoyed this season, though this one just shit the bed. You can't do 4 shows in a row, then do another three shows while doing three 30 minute specials. It's overkill. Thursday Night Live was decent- Update was really good, but the debate skit went on forever.

Anyone else feeling a tie? We haven't had one since 02 (I think) and they seem to happen every 5-6 years

I apologise for jinxing the Raiders again. Please don't ban me 909

http://blog.nola.com/saintsbeat/2008/10/sa...rd_after_p.html That's just funny. And the Jets are going to lose to the Raiders- ouch.

Come on CBS, change this to any other game please.
-
4th and 2 on the three and AGAIN we can't convert. This follows up games in Denver and Washington where failing to convert on 3rd and 1 cost us the game. This is just disgusting.
-
Deuce McAllister fails to convert on 4th and 1. This team's inability to convert on short yardage running plays is disgusting. We just don't have it today.
-
Reggie's out for the game, and the Saints offence has just been listless all day. Piss.
-
Brees is having a real off day today. 9/16 for 67 yards
-
UUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH I know irregardless is not a word, I like to use it to see if anyone catches it.

FOX sucks. They come back to the game late, and they almost miss the Jacobs TD. Is it really hard to co-ordinate?

I don't think anyone is going to know what she agreed to do or didn't do, but if she and her team didn't want to do something, it wouldn't have happened.

In Triple H's defence, it's not like they picked his best matches
