Just a quick word, while we're sliding down this slippery slope together, I hope those on this board that feel violent video games cause normal, sane people to commit violent acts, I hope to God you aren't watching wrestling. Or MMA. Or football, either type, or much anything because there has been violence in popular culture since the dawn of popular culture. Normal people can deal with it.

Would Bill Goldberg fall into this class? I never got the feeling people around here really liked him, but crowds always seemed to love him.

I didn't get into the Grateful Dead until this year when I found the live music section of archive.org and downloaded a few shows. It always sounds like they were having a great time, and I enjoy jamming out to them. Anybody else want to say anything? Heck, I'd take Dupree and Suzuki these days, Kenzo wasn't totally exposed as a slug in his tag work. Like I said before, TNA needs the emphasize that they have a pretty decent tag division if WWE continues this trend

You know, guys, there's nothing wrong with a guy who has a NORMAL wrestling gimmick. Someone who, I don't know, thinks he's better than everyone, maybe because he's Straight Edge, and he does his best to prove he's right by putting on great matches where he prevails? Sorta like...I don't know...the gimmick CM Punk made his name on?

I always liked Michael Jordan being called "His Royal Airness", Larry Legend(Bird), Tom "Flash" Gordon(I swear I saw game where he was listed as Flash Gordon), and some MMA fighters have neat nicknames, like Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic(which he got because he was/is part of a Croation anti terrorist group), "The Gracie Hunter" Kazushi Sakuraba, Murilo "Ninja" Rua(sometimes he's introduced as Murilo Ninja), "The Iceman" Chuck Liddel, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, and my personal favorite, "The Axe Murderer" Wanderlei Silva

And yet they have no problem with Chris Benoit doing a flying headbutt with a surgically repaired neck....

I imagine I'll end up picking this set up and realise that he isn't as good a wrestler as I thought he was(ie ring work) like I did with Mick Foley
