I don't want to pile on this theory's bandwagon, but in the case of a parent killing a child in addition to the spouse, it usually is because the parent would rather the child die than be left up for grabs in the foster system/not knowing who would take care of the child. Morbid but true.

Ok you know what? It doesn't matter who the White Sox gets for Mark Buehrle, wherever he goes, if they trade him, I'm done. In the past few years Buehrle and Thomas carried the White Sox. After Frank left, all I had was Buehrle. If he's gone, I have no real reason to root for the White Sox anymore beyond the "hometown" thing, which isn't even true anymore now that I've been a San Diego resident for the past 5 years.

What are the Red Sox trading for Buehrle?

As the Texas series proved, it doesn't really matter if it's against a team that's worth a damn or not. There are no given victories on the North side of Chicago. It was more an insult towards the White Sox than the Cubs. I'm just frustrated by their performance. The Cubs did a good job this series so far though. Kudos.
