I just realized something. Eugene/HHH will end in no-contest. Here's why. HHH destroys Eugene, and Evolution gets in on the fun. Regal is also destroyed in the process. This sends Chris Benoit out for the save. But he is beaten down as well. Whose's music plays? The Rock. Raw will be in Miami, so this is perfect. Rock clears the ring. He makes a challenge. 8 man tag match. But Bischoff stops Regal from entering, so Jericho who was the one to warn Eugene in the first place takes his place. HHH/Orton/Batista/Flair vs Benoit/Jericho/Eugene/Rock.

I doubt Eugene would know how to take the fingerpoke of doom. I do see HHH telling Eugene after a few minutes of wrestling that if he wanted to retain their friendship, he'd have to lay down so HHH could pin him.

The number one contendership stipulation only applies to HHH. Bischoff never said "The winner of HHH/Eugene is number 1 contender." He said "HHH, you are #1 if you beat Eugene." So yes HHH is winning.
