In all fairness, I think most people are like Czech. If Mole and I dealt with this 40 or 50 times a day instead of once, there wouldn't be threads about it, we'd be too used to it. I've probably said this before, but I don't get the stigma that every customer in a store is either exceptionally stupid and/or unruly. I once estimated that of every 10 customers, probably four are generally great, five are indifferent and one is rude or tough to please. I'd say one out of every 100, if that, is memorably bad, like in Mole's story. I can't have that much better customer service skills than any of the other retailers here. 
 
  
I'll agree with that.  Usually just once or twice a week I have some customer who is just impossible to please, so I'll call a supervisor, I'll take a ten-minute break, and I'll go back to work and try to forget about it.
