  1. But zombies can do the lousy jobs that no living person wants to take, and they'll accept rancid meat as payment. That's a boon to the economy! Hell, I'm fairly sure you could train any zombie to replace CronoT in a job. You just can't resist flame-baiting, can you, Andrew? It was a Shaun of the Dead reference. You said you work at Wal-Mart... It's a flame wrapped up in a SOTD reference But Crono sucks, so it's acceptable
  2. "Don't say the 'zed' word!"
  3. Well Rando, the best advice I can give you is... Look! A Deer!

  9. Actually I believe Oklahoma City is one of the three largest cities in terms of area, behind Jacksonville and maybe Anchorage. I did not believe this until I looked up the census data... and sure enough, Czech is right. It sure doesn't feel like it though, since I can drive through on I-35 in about 20-30 minutes in good traffic In case anyone's curious: Top 10 largest US cities by square milage Anchorage Jacksonville OKC Houston Nashville LA Phoenix Indianapolis Dallas Chesapeake, VA Having driven through Jax, Houston and Dallas I can believe those. Still can't believe OKC though.

  17. The Family Matters/Bruce Lee stuff reminds me how there were quite a few episodes of Step by Step where the stoner cousin and Bobby Ewing would bail one or more of the girls out of some trouble by kicking everyones' ass
  18. While hockey isn't top on my list of favorite sports, I will have to admit that few things in sports are as exciting to me as an OT hockey playoff game, where there's no stupid tie (or regulation tie, ugh) result, you have to score to win, and it doesn't matter if it takes an extra 5 periods to do so. Baseball is great because there's no "rigid" scoring system. If the bases are loaded, depending on where (or if) he hits the ball, anywhere for 0-4 runs can come in. Football is football. I can't say why, but I just enjoy it. Basketball I can take or leave with the exception of the Final 4 tournament. Even soccer has been an enjoyable watch in the past on occasion for me, but only when it's European soccer/World Cup and when viewed in the company of foreign exchange student friends of mine.
  19. I just realized I posted in this thread, which I avoided up to this point because I can't follow Inc's guidelines

  23. I picked it up this last weekend and have watched the first DVD (out of 3). Amazingly, the show holds up well 25 years later... except for the FX, of course, which are funny in their own unintentional way now. I imagine that as a kid I enjoyed the farce humor of Ralph's inability to use the suit, combined with the whole common-man-as-a-superhero thing. Watching it now, I see the real show stealer was Robert Culp as the tough-guy FBI agent. If you have $20 to kill and you remember liking the show, give it a shot. EDIT: One funny thing I noticed in the pilot was there seemed to be some suspicious songs inserted into the pilot that clearly were recorded recently. Turns out that these songs were put in place of "Rocket Man" and "Space Oddity" that were originally in the pilot... guess they didn't want to shell out the money for those.
  24. Well I'm glad the intelligence of your sister and the meth-head whose seed she accepted will live on in a new generation
