  1. I so want Vince Young to get to the playoffs, although that seems like a pipe dream.
  2. "Fuck the stupid Philly fans." Hold up there, therealworldschampion is the only Philadelphia fan who would even consider Garcia being a starter next year, unless McNabb, as expected, is not ready for the first regular season game.
  3. Yeah, Garcia's career is all but done...McNabb has many years left and has already done more than Garcia ever has. But still, Garcia by far is the best of McNabb's "parade of back-ups" throughout the past 4 years.
  4. Heyyyyyy another great post!
  5. Actually he picked a fight with me in the "Week 15" thread because I said the Eagles SHOCK could beat a team they already beat. And then he wished cancer and death on me or whatever 1999 South Park dated insults he came up with, I dunno, I deleted his PM. Whatever. In 6 days his pathetic attempt at an abuse of power will be done and he'll just be out the $200 that he could've used to pay someone to suck his dick. 200 fucking dollars.
  6. And now the NY mark is PMing me and wishing death on me. As if I even knew who the fuck he was before today. Get a life, and if you're gonna go off the deep end when your football team loses, major you should pick one that doesn't have a fucking 150 pound bitch as quarterback and a bunch of pussies in Strahan (6 weeks in the IRL!?!?!? For WHAT?) and Tiki (abandoning his team like a real leader). Then maybe you will live a happier life, you fucking pussy.
  7. Sure would suck if the dumbfuck who just wasted $200 gets banned for wishing death upon me twice in a sports thread, totally unprovoked.
  8. The manager who gave the "Elite 8" the vouchers first gave us this talk about "how many of the Wiis he has sold have been returned" and how we should get some $50 insurance to make our lives easier. Which was such a buzzkill. No one bought said insurance. They had a few nunchuks, like 14 games (3 of them looked good, incl. Zelda). No Trauma, Red Steel, Marvel Alliance, though. Disappointing. This Circuit City was in Lawrenceville, NJ by the way. I also tried one in Philly and one in Deptford, NJ. I shared a TON of information that I learned in this thread with the people in line. A couple of whom were college friends that lined up around 11 PM and were all "Hurry up, get in line!" Funny story of the night: Me & 2 friends roll up to CC at midnight, drive by a van that is pulled over by a cop RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE, and park and get out. Minutes later, the cop car drives away, and the van pulls up with teens in it, ready to get in line. Only problem is - the line is now full. Thanks cops.
  9. I waited in from midnight until 8 AM at Circuit City this morning, with a 101 fever and some booze. They had *eight* systems. I was fifth in line and my two friends were six and seven. We must've turned away like 80 people until morning, but still, a bunch (like 30) sticked around, despite the sign saying they only had eight. So annoying hearing them bitch, they get there at 6:00 AM and are shocked the line was filled. Some guy offered me a PlayStation 3 and $100. I told him to go away. Like I want that bugged up shit. I ran out of the store screaming "OOOOoooooo....Wiiiiiii!" at the crowd of dissapointed assholes and went home to sleep.
  10. "Go back into your hole in South Jersey and die slow." Just because you put up a ton of money to play "internet mod" for a week doesn't mean the rules don't apply to you. For your information, I think they're better than the Cowboys because they already BEAT THEM, and better than Atlanta because they have better players and a better record. Really going out on a limb there, aren't I?
  11. Not being a homer, I totally think the Eagles are better than the Cowboys and the Falcons and will defeat both. I predicted they would win tonight and was pleased. Jeff Garcia's display by spiking the ball, while stupid and causing him to throw a deep ball INT, was also nice to see, as I am SO tired of Donovan McNabb, his "smile" after every bad/good play, and his injuries and killing our season. Garcia's emotion and playing with that GROSS hand shows me he has a lot of heart and cares about taking this team as far as he can. But that kiss at the end of the game...eh... I didn't realize the NFC "close calls" for the playoffs were so few. Giants, IMO, actually get in at 9-7 or 8-8. That said, predicitions for how the NFC finishes: Bears #1 Seed at 13-3 (win and a loss, Detroit & Green Bay, or 2 wins, this depends on the starters playing) Saints #2 Seed at 10-6 (close loss to the Giants, crush Carolina) Eagles #3 Seed at 10-6 (close win over Dallas, win over Atlanta) Seahawks #4 Seed at 9-7 (loss to San Diego, win over Tampa) Cowboys #5 at 10-6 (loss to Eagles, crush Detroit) Giants #6 at 9-7 (close win over New Orleans, crush Washington) Wow. Giants/Seahawks (last year's game of the year) and Eagles/Dallas (T.O. Bowl II in Philly) in the first round???? Teams may not be as good as the AFC, but the matchups are certainly intriguing IF this plays out, which of course it won't.
  12. Enjoy the 18th green, Eli, Barber, Shockey, and friends!
  13. "1 Minus 2 Equals Negative FUN!" and "Smoke Yourself Thin!"
  14. Philly moves to the #3 seed in the NFC with a win and a Dallas loss. I can't even comprehend that given where the team was just a few weeks ago.
  15. "To defend the fans in the Impact Zone, they will crap on an angle if they don't like it like the Bikini stuff" The TNA fans were popping huge for the awful bikini showdown and did not boo it whatsoever. You're wrong. TNA fans harm the product so much.
  16. During the Fall Parade in my town back in the day, there was a mentally retarded lady who would dress up as Underdog every year and run around in the parade route making guest appearences. Funny shit, would air on TV. She'd bark and jump around. is this Direct to DVD?
  17. Take New Year's Revolution for Batista's awesome tweener storyline and easily the best Elim. Chamber match yet. Well, it's the only good one, at about *** 1/2. Taboo Tuesday is AWFUL unless you wanna see Batista rip himself up more spinebustering Big "I am the size of a" Van Vader. ____ By the way, the 2005 PPV Rewind set is 15 events. And you can do another deal where The History of the WWE Title 3-disc comes with it, for $89.95. if you missed it.
  18. Ryne Sandberg Plays Bases Loaded 3 for the NES. No MLB license, no real players or teams. NOT EVEN A SEASON MODE. All you did was play a "perfect" gane, no errors, etc. and you win, game over.
  19. What I'll buy in 2007: Royal Rumble: The Complete Anthology (Mrach 13th) Ric Flair & The Four Horsemen (April 10th) WrestleMania 23 (May 22nd) maybe The Ladder Match (August 28th) The Triumph & Tragedy of World Class Championship Wrestling (September 18th) The rest is all downloadable and not something I really need/want on the shelf. Hopefully Austin's DVD gets a big treatment and has new stuff. If so, I'd but it, if 3/4 of the stuff hasn't been released or is really, really good.
  20. I just ordered the 17 2005 PPVs, in a "spinner belt" gift box set, for $79.95. And then i got 10% off and free shipping. DO THIS NOW at ShopZone.
  21. Updated to this Monday's Raw. Shawn Michaels and Carlito each made huge comebacks after awful starts to the year.
  22. Hennig also hit the Perfect Plex on Giant in WCW, not sure when he weighed more, most likely in WWE.
  23. Thursday 8:00: San Francisco (5-8) at Seattle (8-5): Seahawks by 6. Saturday 8:00: Dallas (8-5) at Atlanta (7-6): Cowboys by 14. Sunday 1:00: Jacksonville (8-5) at Tennessee (6-7): Jaguars by 10. Houston (4-9) at New England (9-4): Patriots by 10. Miami (6-7) at Buffalo (6-7): Dolphins by 3. Cleveland (4-9) at Baltimore (10-3): Ravens by 9. Detroit (2-11) at Green Bay (5-8): Packers by 12. NY Jets (7-6) at Minnesota (6-7): Jets by 7. Tampa Bay (3-10) at Chicago (11-2): Bears by 21. Pittsburgh (6-7) at Carolina (6-7): Steelers by 10. Washington (4-9) at New Orleans (9-4): Saints by 14. 4:00: Denver (7-6) at Arizona (4-9): Broncos by 6. St. Louis (5-8) at Oakland (2-11): Rams by 4. Philadelphia (7-6) at NY Giants (7-6): Eagles by 3. 8:15: Kansas City (7-6) at San Diego (11-2): Chargers by 10. Cincinnati (8-5) at Indianapolis (10-3): Bengals by 4.
  24. No, there's footage of Philly fans throwing snowballs. But not at Santa. Before the Eagles/Panthers game on Sunday Night Football 2 weeks ago, ESPN ran a huge story about the Santa Claus incident. They even had the guy who played the Santa on. No footage of balls being launched at Santa exist. Or of Santa being booed. All that exists is a 2 second shot of Santa on the field. BTW, the Santa they planned on having couldn't make the game, so they pulled a skinny guy dressed as Santa from the crowd and asked him to be their Santa.
  25. Interviewing dumbass Sylvester Stallone on Rome in Burning: "You know, thos Philadelphia fans, they'll let you have it if they don't like you. I SAW THEM THROW ICEBALLS AT SANTA CLAUS." Even though there is NO footage of iceballs being thrown at Santa IN EXISTANCE, Stallone, a New York native and fan, JUST HAPPENED TO BE AT THE GAME. What a liar. Rome's show sucks, too.
