BUT THEN HE'D LOOK TOO MUCH LIKE TRIPLE H AND THAT'S NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

Some of those stills with her mouth open were extremely odd.

Man, I want that DVD so badly.

Rockers were always the masters of the hot tag.

Screw that, give me some Gobbledy Gooker.

Cheap plug for my What would SmartMark do? topic in Fantasy Booking. Seriously, give it a try. It's quite fun.

OH MAN, THANK YOU ARCHIVE FOOTAGE. Someone better get that as their avatar.

There's NEVER too many Canadians.

Y'know, it would make more sense to post this once Survivor Series is actually regarded as a piece of crap. No Mercy looked shitty going in, but it actually wasn't too bad in the end. Survivor Series may still suck, but it would make more sense to insult it once it's actually over. I'd say over half the people online actually WANT the shows to suck. Going into the show with a negative outlook isn't going to make the show any better.

The One and Only Smackdown! HCTP Thread
The Mandarin replied to Insane Bump Machine's topic in Video Games
Damnit. Myself, my CAW named "Conspiracy", was in a great tag team with Booker T ("Wendy's Sucks") that won the Tag Titles in our first match. We then lost them in a Ladder Match (to Haas and O'Haire) at the next PPV. Then it gets interesting. Torrie becomes my manager, and we hit it off. Add in tons of "pie" references here. We were about to become a couple, when A-Train said that she was gonna become his manager. He challenged me at the PPV. I declined. So he challenges HER. She fights him at the PPV while I played her manager. She was about to win, when I, foolishly thinking I could just come in and blast A-Train with a chair, run in and accidentally SMASH TORRIE IN THE FACE. TS will like that one. Anyways, I thought she'd just win by DQ, but no, as it appears that I accidentally smacked A-Train in the face first before I hit Torrie. Sonofabitch. Anyways, after that, she just disappeared and I transferred to RAW. I'm still without a storyline. Damnit. My question: Can someone tell me what would have happened had I stayed with Torrie? I'm really curious now. Damn that hairy bastard. -
I'll provide you with the scenario, you tell me how you'd do it. Simple as that. At the next pay-per-view, you're going to be holding a match between your heel World Heavyweight Champion, and the number one contender, a popular "upper-midcarder" who's finally getting his shot at Heavyweight Gold. If you were doing it on the RAW side, picture Triple H vs. Rob Van Dam, or on the SmackDown side, Brock Lesnar vs. Eddie Guerrero. You have four brand-shows before your pay-per-view, and a limit of three segments per show. Your challenger, while ready for the big-time, looks slightly weak compared to your champion. How would YOU build up the challenger in time for the pay-per-view? Possible ideas: Champion gets fluke non-title and tag-team victories. Challenger gets the upper-hand on the champion on all the build-up shows Challenger gets buried, and promptly loses at the Pay-Per-View. What would you, the SmartMark, do in this scenario?

No Eddie yet you have Kane and Undertaker? I'm basing it on who ment the most to storylines and angles in WWE. Undertaker and Kane had a big "brotherly feud" thing going for a long while, and they had one of the biggest storylines (although it was pretty unrealistic) of the late 90's. Undertaker's still getting huge pops and Kane is a huge, fearsome monster even though the Shane angle is very stale. Eddie wasn't even in the WWF from 1997-2000, so that's one of your reasons there. While Eddie was finally getting over with the Mamacita thing, it cooled down and then he got fired. When he came back, he didn't really have too many storylines even though he was the Intercontinental Champion. He finally found his niche with Los Guerreros, and this summer, I dare say he was one of the most over superstars on SmackDown. Now, after losing to the Big Show he's not as "big" a superstar as he was months ago, but he still means something to SmackDown. Don't get me wrong, Eddie's one of my favourite wrestlers, but he's not been as valuable as some of these hosses. Maybe a few months from now, Eddie could have a shot in making it to the top ten, but right now, uh-uh. I'd put him around the 15-30 zone.

Cow Palace, HBK/Brawler, the Corporate Champion

You're SURE it was 16:10? I don't understand how they could let it go that long, but then again, I haven't seen the match in a while. -
You butchered my thread!

Ew, he better not go in Droz's backdoor.

Summer should guest star on That 70's Show, playing virtually the same character. Her and Jackie would be EXACTLY alike. So that means they'd have to get into a cat fight. Oh yeah, the show. IT DESTROYS 24. 24 was my favourite show for the past two seasons, but this show sends it back to Chino. Eat it, Kiefer. Oh yeah, and has anyone heard ANYTHING about a DVD set? Anything? At all?

Eh, the site's not that good as a whole. They've never been able to maintain it that well..it's only good for Edge's commentary and Byte This.
