Sometimes I get the feeling that Palin is secretly trying to sink McCain's campaign while planting the seeds for her own run in 2012.

So was this Ayers business (who I'm not a fan of but c'mon, the Beach Boys hung out with Manson more than Obama hung around Ayers) the "October Surprise", or is something still waiting in the wings (which would make a pretty dull surprise since people were already aware of that fleeting connection before).

Hypothetical question: Is it possible that, while the downturn in the US Economy favors Obama/Democrats, if it continues to spiral downward as we approach the election, will some voters be like "whoa, this is too out of control, a sharp change is too risky right now, I'll vote McCain".

No no no no If CW wants to do a Batman related TV series, the choice is clear- "Gotham City"- a show about the various people who live and work in Gotham City, with mysterious reports of a 'bat-man' dispensing vigilante justice popping up in the background.

I am seriously pissed... Dayton area Time Warner Cable couldn't come to an agreement with the NBC affiliate here (WDTN), so they pulled the feed. That kind of bullshit monopolizing annoys me. And yes I could get an atenna, but considering they'll be obsolete in 4 months, what's the point? They better get this sorted out before Heroes
