They didn't air around the same time, but that's what I thought of when I was thinking of the Charmings. I liked the show enough. How about Nearly Departed. It was a show about a couple who died, but never left their house. And a new family moved in and for some reason the grandpa (from the new family) was the only one who could see them. I'm pretty sure that aired around the same time as The Charmings.
