  1. Off the top of my head, Yankee Stadium. 1. Larson's Perfect Game, 1956 World Series 2. Cone's Perfect Game: Larson throws out the first pitch to Berra; 1999 3. Wells' Perfect Game: Stottlemyre to Torre: "He has no-hit stuff today" 1998 4. "The Greatest Game Ever Played" Giants vs. Colts, 1958 NFL Championship 5. 2003 ALCS Game 7
  2. Ray Rice is entering the draft.
  3. Can anyone tell me why hammer-ons are im-damn-possible in Guitar Hero I? They are clearly there, lit up, though not as bright as in III, but they don't fucking work. I almost broke my guitar today in frustration, slamming it several times against the couch until the body released from the neck and flew across the room.
  4. Boneless chicken breasts are the best. A Foreman favorite of mine is chicken fajitas. The grill melts everything together just right, leaving the wrap crispy (as well as leaving the grill lines) and making it like a business envelope so that nothing falls out or falls apart. It's awesome, just pick up one of those Tyson fajita kits for about $5-$7 with everything included and try it out. It also turns out to be really easy to clean your grill off too, not too messy.
  5. No way, I lived with this kid too. Except he went for an hour of Full House, then an hour of Family Matters, then an hour of Boy Meets World. All this after napping all morning through the afternoon and eating a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich. The rest of the day he would spend on AIM in his room. It was funny because he had a huge list of AIM friends, over 300 Facebook friends, yet nobody liked him and he didn't talk to anyone, but was quick to talk down on you for no good (and unprovoked) reason. He also was a spoiled kid of rich parents but was extremely cheap. I could write a book on that asshole.
  6. June Jones has left Hawai'i for Southern Methodist. <---- Scratches head.
  7. I finally saw I Am Legend and it was fuckin' awesome.
  8. I picked up the I+II Dual Pack at Best Buy yesterday. Pretty good deal if you're like me and you got the III guitar bundle and are already played out on most of the soundtrack. Has anyone else seen the custom songs people have made and put on Youtube? It seems like a hell of a lot of work and a lot of know how (of which I have none) but the finished results are pretty awesome.
  9. That's fine, the rotation currently shakes down as Wang/Pettitte/Hughes/Chamberlain/Kennedy-Mussina-Igawa anyways. Igawa is a money sink, but the Kennedy/Mussina choice will be interesting. Mussina was put in the 'pen in September in favor of Kennedy's call-up. I could see Torre going with Mussina out of the gate because of his veteraness, but there's a new sheriff in town now.
  10. I watched it again two nights ago (third time I've seen it) and liked it more than the previous two viewings.
  11. There's what I've seen out of this list. I didn't like 300, hated Transformers, and didn't think Superbad was that great at all. I expected nothing out of Die Hard, but enjoyed it alot. Loved Spider-Man 3.
  12. I've only had the "still-drunk-over" twice: once, after trying Everclear for the first and only time (as in 2 shots in a Gatorade after drinking beer that night); the other after having a crap load of bottom of the barrel vodka, going out to a party, and drinking more bottom of the barrel vodka (I'm talking Bankers Club, here) upon my return. Needless to say it took some learning, but I haven't drank hard alcohol almost at all since I was a freshman in college.
  13. Bite your tongue. And this looks awesome. I loved the first one.
  14. What do you think of Jackson and Tabata ahead of Kennedy? Two mid-minor league level outfielders above a pitcher who already has some nice MLB service time. It can't be age, since Kennedy's only 22. I've been hearing about Jose Tabata's awesome upside for two years or so now, I don't think he's 20 yet, and I've heard him compared to Manny Ramirez. Austin Jackson's stock has shot up rapidly as of late but I've pretty much never heard anything about him, at least in mainstream outlets.
  15. Whatever helps a Cub fan sleep at night, I suppose. By the way, every time I see your latest name, I think of this:
  16. It's not fashionable to hate the White Sox anymore. Actually, I don't think it ever really was. Most are simply indifferent.
  17. Incredibly unspectacular BCS thus far. Ohio State/LSU needs to save it, big time. Yet I'm almost positive it will be another blowout, one way or the other.
  18. Does anyone else remember a Saturday morning show called "WWF New York" in the summer of 1998? It was on after LiveWire, but not on USA, it was on some local NY station that I had at the time. JR was one of the commentators, and if I remember correctly it had a few matches with jobbers, intersperced with Raw highlights. Anyone?
  19. Surprized that Ian Kennedy is #4 and not #2. If Hughes were elligible, would he rank ahead of Chamberlain still? I would say yes but I'm no expert.
  20. There was no way I thought that they would keep him around, and especially since Parcells came on board.
  21. I would assume that the Giants are going to go for more secondary help.
  22. Manning vs. Manning...Archie's plot all along.
  23. I just heard this on the radio. How bout that.
