Flyers & Sixers - Ed Snider. Good owner I assume. Tends to hire bad GMs(Clarke and Billy King) and stay loyal to them, Clarke especially, but is supportive and wants to see the teams win. Eagles - Jeffrey Lurie. Has had some ups and downs since he bought the team, probably would classify 1997-1999 as the real bad period where he was cheap, but since 2001 has tended to stay out of the limelight and let Reid and Joe Banner run the team. Despite his bad points, he's much better than Norman Braman. Phillies - several owners, including Bill Giles, David Montgomery and company. Bad, bad ownership. Pretty much sucked the life out of baseball in Philadelphia from 1984-2002, especially with Giles' "small market team" comments. Will never fire Ed Wade since he's their puppet. Hopefully Comcast steps in and buys the team soon.

I'd agree with 12-4, and wouldn't be shocked if the Eagles split with the Skins considering they always play at least one close game a year. I just think Snyder's way of trying to go out and win the offseason every year was just the wrong way to go, and possibly giving Samari Rolle a huge signing bonus with a prospective contract(what's been reported in the papers anyway) is going to put them in a position similar to what Tennessee is in now with all the cap trouble.

Doubt it. Snyder dumps a ton of money into the Redskins every year and they end up at .500 or worse. This is probably their last actual run before cap hell takes over...

They've been following it on CSN for the last couple of days. What makes it worse is that the player who got his arm broken(John Bryant), was a senior and is basically done with basketball now. I think Chaney should just retire after this season or be let go, he's basically pissed on his entire legacy at Temple and in Philly with that incident.
