Awesome post there. Too bad its not true. Having an HD set in Africa makes no sense.

do not want unless its 2 hours in real time like the show..

Solution to both CO2 and Gasoline problems this is where we should be going with research..ways to deal with the excess CO2 pumped out instead of trying to completely cut back..

Obama's grandma had to have some people over in Africa DONATE her a tv so she could watch the election results..you would think a guy that made like 10 million last year could afford to put up like, 200 bucks for an old analog tv (shes in Africa, an HD set would be pointless) for his grandma..

Its time to double dip! The packaging is awesome. The first day set was rushed out and is kinda bare bones so I can see this being worth it, but I dont see how they can do it with ensuing seasons since they were all pretty well packed with special features.

Panasonic is either a love/hate brand as far as Im concerned..I doubt theres much difference spec wise from most other brands so if you can get it cheaper then go for it.

I want the bright yellow one back as the default and only choice.

How much money are we talking? -
Obama should have bought his grandmother a tv. Shows the kind of man he his, wont even buy his grandma a tv, she has to rely on others to donate it to her.

Like a giant fence along the Mexican border and a never-ending war in the Middle East? (sorry snuffbox) That falls under the responsibility of the government to protect its citizens. Which is about the only thing people should expect the government to provide them with. and besides, I think the majority of Americans prefer to not have a wall..

Its not like he went around firing people for no good reason. If the people weren't fired, Id put the odds at pretty high that they'd be unemployed anyway when the companies went bankrupt. I would think in that case that he saved more jobs from loss due to bankruptcy than he lost through job cutting..But people only want to look at the negative aspects..oh my a few people lost their jobs..better a few then all of them!

Article and the economic problems in this country are that people themselves are spending money they dont have and are going "gimme gimme gimme" to the Government, who will happily oblige if it means someones gonna get elected because of it, despite the fact the government is in the exact same spot as the people, broke and borrowing money (from other countries). I dont know when people decided that Government should give them everything they want (healthcare, free college, a mulligan on a stupid interest only mortgage, etc) but it needs to stop.

Glenn Beck liked Romney because he was the best candidate to fix the economy, something he's been warning about since August. The only reason Obama is still around is because everyone wants to be a part of some magical moment in history so they can brag 30 years from now about how ahead of the curve they were when they voted for the first black president. I am seriously pissed off that Romney got knocked out and then suddenly the Economy became important to everyone. Its not like the economy was any worse off 2 months ago than it is now, hell it was bad enough 8 months ago that a "moron" like Glenn Beck could forsee the problems we are having now. John McCain is better than Obama/Hillary when it comes to the economy but thats like saying getting punched in the face is better than getting shot in the face. Im holding on to the hope that Mccain goes with Romney for V.P., that is the only scenario where I would cast a vote for McCain and it would be 99.9% for Romney, not McCain.
-
I think that picture makes fun of McCains disability.. not nice at all
-
pft Nobody cares about the politics, they've just turned the election into American Idol: Who wants to be a President Edition. If people fucking cared about issues, Obama would be out by now and Mitt Romney would still be in. Funny how everyone's biggest issue now is the Economy, and the best candidate to fix the economy got knocked out last month. Way to go morons.

Hows about neither? Why does everyone want to completely abandon our #1 natural resource? Coal is cheap and plentiful in America and can be turned into clean burning natural gas. Gasoline =/= natural gas try again

Hows about neither? Why does everyone want to completely abandon our #1 natural resource? Coal is cheap and plentiful in America and can be turned into clean burning natural gas. What better alternatives do we have? Ethanol is a waste of time unless they can get away from using corn to make it and thus driving up food prices substantially. Im all for alternative energy sources, which is a completely seperate topic from global warming and reductions in greenhouse gases.
-
Speaking of.. Cleveland is getting his own spinoff show from Family Guy
-
We need to do more with turning coal into natural gas..its cheaper than turning corn into ethanol.
-
Coal can be turned into natural gas..and in the 70's there were many projects run to turn it into other kinds of liquid fuel but they were abandoned.. and we have one of the worlds largest supplies of Coal..but that only touches on the issue of sources of energy and not reducing greenhouse gases to save the planet from natural heating and cooling cycles..

Im not dumb. They were trying to build offshore wind in Delaware and they went through the same list of problems and stopped on the money one because people dont want to spend even MORE for energy than they already are...actually..the Energy company here (Delmarva Power) doesn't want to pay more for the energy..but same principle because they've said if they were forced into the deal with Bluewater they'd have to raise rates and people don't want that. Bluewater Wind newspaper article
