I watched the ep of Family Guy on AS last night that aired a couple weeks ago with Brian moving in with Jillian and they showed the bit that FOX edited out with Quagmire chasing Marge Simpson around on the bottom of the screen (like an annoying FOX promo) and it ended with Homer shooting Marge, Bart shooting Homer, Lisa shooting Bart, Maggie shooting Lisa and Maggie apparently killing herself. For some reason FOX also edited out Stewie's dialogue when he was in the kitchen which just made that scene make no sense, and it was aired last night and I dont understand why it got edited out.

If the Ravens win today (which Im starting to worry considering Todd Heap, Ray Lewis and Chris McCallister are probably going to miss the game) they'll be 5-2. Tough schedule after the bye, but they do play Miami and Seattle. Pair that with 2 home games vs Cincy and Cleveland that they should win (yes, I know they lost to both, but both games are in Baltimore and the Ravens should be healthy after the bye) and theres no way they finish less than 9-7 even if they lose to SD,Indy,NE, and Pittsburgh (2). 9-7 should get them at least into the playoffs as a Wild Card. NFL Net just threw some interesting stats up: Ravens #1 in total offensive plays, #3 in Time of Possession, #27 in Touchdowns (8) and #30 in Red Zone Efficiency. Its pretty crazy how a team can have the ball so much and run so many plays and NOT score TDs.

I wonder if WWF's writers are in the guild? That would be awesome. Otherwise, its gonna be ugly because if theres a prolonged strike, television (and movies..if it lasts longer) as we know it could change..and people will find entertainment in other places (see Internet).

Anyone know if the writers for WWF are members of the Screenwriters Guild of America? It'd be interesting because it looks like they're going on strike at the end of the month. That might make things a bit more interesting in WWF-Land during the duration of the strike.

Its kinda hard to have any sports achievement when you've never played any sports. The only other thing Ive done aside from T-ball was mini-golf and the only thing I can think of is I "got an eagle" (2 shots) on a par 4 hole because I hit the ball too hard and it bounced off a bunch of stuff up in the air, technically though I do believe there would be some sort of penalty assessed if we were actually serious about it.

The only sports achievement I have was an unassited double play in my T-Ball league when I was like 6. It was amazing they even let me play T-Ball. I wasnt allowed to participate in Gym or any sports in school. I actually had to have approval of my health condition as a reason for not taking gym in school since it was a requirement to graduate in the state of Maryland.

If you have any problems with your Directv HDDVR..go here Ive been having random problems with it not recording but some resets have fixed things nicely..for now. DBSTalk is the place to figure things out. Im looking forward to the Directv on Demand launch here in the next couple of weeks..as well as the 30 remaining HD channels that add up to 100. The MPEG4 HD Channels are absolutely stunning, when the channels actually show HD thats not stretched (see the damn turner networks). Most of them aren't doing that though.

I was saying in the USA thread that one of Vince's options is to stream everything via the internet. It makes sense, they can reach way more people than they can via any cable network, especially considering the worldwide ramifications (someone in Europe can watch it Wednedsay isntead of waiting however long it takes for the show to air there for instance) and the fact things seem to be branching out globally. I wouldnt be surprised if they put Smackdown up as well, possibly through the CW like how NBC and other networks put up shows the next day on their websites.

Im betting he wouldnt have been able to do it if he hadnt gotten hurt.

I think you can transfer files off of the SD card onto your PC? I know you can download saves on your PC, put them on an SD card and have the Nintendo/game utilize the save. That seems to be the most sense, especially when you can get 2 GB SD cards (max size it accepts) pretty cheap and most people have large HDs now. That makes more sense to me than buying an expensive hard drive add on.

Bedard is a FA after 2008, and its pretty much a given hes skipping town from Baltimore..supposedly to go to Toronto to play in Canada..but Id completely quit watching baseball if he went to NY for the money. It was bad enough when Mussina did it (and look where/what it got him..nothin! HA!)

They should re-release the Wavebirds. Not that I care since I have one and it still works perfectly..

Since Foley is a possible candidate at CS, Itd be funny if Foley came out promoting one of his books only to be interupted by Jericho to promote his book. Then on SD, foley can try the same thing and get interupted by Batista.

Its pretty awesome..I was rooting for either Chicago/Cleveland or Colorado/Cleveland. Indians curse (whatever the hell it is) lives..they'll lose to another 93 expansion team 10 years after losing to the Marlins.
