Velouté - take the milk from a Bechamel and replace it with stock (vegetable/fish/chicken). Espagnole - meat stock, browned mirepoix, a darker (longer cooked) roux and herbs. Think grandma's gravy.. Hollandaise/Mayonaise - emulsified egg yolks and fat with lemon juice added, although in hollandiase, the egg yolks are cooked over a double boiler whereas in mayonaise they aren't. Also included in this category are Aïoli and Remoulade sauces. Vinaigrette - standard emulsion of Oil and Vingear aided by an emulsifier, most commonly found in dry mustard or egg yolks. Surprisingly, tomato based sauces were not included in the 5 mother sauces although we were taught that it was the 6th.

The strangest thing I know of comes from my mother who always told me about the time when she wanted an Ice Cream sundae, but only had the vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, and so after a search of the fridge only turned up a bottle of ketchup, thats what she used. She said it was good and that she's had it several times more although she prefers caramel syrup.

The only thing Im going to dispute is the time. I had the rumble match beginning at 8:58:00 exactly and ending at 10:01:56, which is 63:56. and if you use the times provided, Eugene was in for 16:25

How is Taker a heel; Angle had to cheat multiple times to beat Mark Henry. All Taker (who I hate, though) did was show he wants the title. Seems they're trying to make Angle a "win at any costs heel". Confusing.... But Angle is still over with fans. I guess they could do Face vs Cheating Face at No Way Out..but..I dunno.

Cena won with the FU/STFU combo. then Duggan went HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! at Lita backstage. Clearly the moment of the night outside of Rey winning the Rumble.

Well, now we know why the Rumble match got shuffled to the middle. Im guessing Taker's now magically a heel, and he'll win the title to give us Mysterio/Taker for the Title as well as the whole Undefeated streak at WM on the line for Taker as well.
