I am just amazed..Im glad I started McCown over Vick since he didn't play, and I was without my best RB (Jordan) having to start Shipp who didn't do..squat..and I still managed to pretty much lock up another win and stay undefeated (80.98 - 55.91) 5-0...I am just..stunned.

Well lets see..I didnt see the Ravens game, but from what I can tell, the Refs blew the fumble call that led to Jones picking up 20+ yards, and they also blew the TD call where they never blew the whistle despite the fact that the forward progress was stopped for a good 5 seconds or so. Maybe someone can save me from having to cut out the UPC on the plastic case for Without a Trace by telling me where the Proof of Purchase Tab is. I found the tabs on Lois and Clark, they were on the inside of the cardboard box slipcover, but Without a Trace comes with that plastic cover. I looked on the insert but its not there either.. Edit..nevermind found em. Oh, and I bought Gilmore Girls 1 & 2 as well, but for Christmas presents for my Aunt who I hate to shop for, but I know she loves the show. Ends up, with the 4 sets, I spent $80, but I'll get $30 back which is as good as only spending $10 for the 2 sets for my aunt. Had to open up the sets for the POPs, but I doubt she'll care anyway.

I've gotten $8 in Best Buy Bucks (2 $3, 2 $1) at work from patient's guests who bring food back from McDonalds. Its the only benefit I've had for having to stay and wash dishes at night this week. Plus, I've gotten a ton of MT Dew Caps..trying to win an XBox 360 so I can sell it on Ebay.

Heres one potential bonus for HD-DVD (thanks to Engadget) I..don't think it will happen though. I can't see Hollywood ceding region control, probably with "OMG PIRACY INCREASE!" as an excuse.

Well, at least its good news that Directv supposedly had some sort of problem causing the Capitals game to be blacked out, and future Caps games on Directv should be not blacked out.

Isnt it fun how RAW moves back to USA, has one week of grand nostalgia and warm fuzzy feelings, and then they try and blow the whole thing up by dumping JR and Lawler? I had to recheck my HD-Tivo for the "High Def Rocks" spot..lo and behold there it is. And I don't know whats so odd about comedies in Widescreen. Just about all the comedies right now on TV are in Widescreen, I cant think of one that isn't, not counting Fox's Animation shows on Sunday.

Wow, the NHL must not be desperate for viewers. The Capitals are being blacked out on my Regional Sports Network (Comcast Sports Net) on Directv. I can watch Wizards games, I can watch Orioles games, I can even watch Nationals games (on a different channel), but I cant watch Capitals games. Good job.

I watched it..and I must say that this is easily the worst season of AR..I just couldn't get into it.. The Italian family should have been eliminated for what its worth, but whatever.

As much as I'd love to have a DVD player capable of playing discs at HD resolutions, I think its just a guaranteed clusterfuck waiting to happen. No one is going to buy 2 $1000 players so they can watch all the possible movies, and I can't see many buying 1 or the other, only to be disapointed that the other format has more movies/support. As I remember somone on Fark saying, the format that wins will be the format that the porn industry supports..but I think ultimately, the PS3 having Blu-Ray will help Blu-Ray out the most. It will probably be the cheapest Next Gen DVD player option...

I guarantee that AD and Kitchen Confidential will get moved or (shudder) canceled to accomodate Prison Break. There's no way they'll risk screwing up its ratings by holding off on new episodes or moving it to a different night. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The latest Arrested Development rumor: moves to Friday Night with Kitchen Confidential to make up a Friday Comedy Block with Bernie Mac and Malcom. They move Killer Instinct to Wednesday at 9pm which was Head Cases and now Nanny 911's slot. Just a rumor but it sounds ok. Im guessing another timeslot change won't help AD out any, but for the fans its better than them cancelling it?
