I think he should call it the Brock Lock..lol He actually put it on from a standing position. He grabed Benoit's leg and put his knee behind his neck(the knee which he hit with the chair), which left benoit's head in between Brock's knees with his hands on the mat (basically hanging upside down). Eventually Brock sat down on it and thus what you see in the picture.

Wrights had 1 awesome game and a decent Trent Dilferesque game. He's good for 175 yards and 2 TDs, maybe an INT/Fumble.

Spoilers said he bet $50, but he actually laid down 10 grand. So..next week..Albert gets mad at Benoit for costing him $10,000. There is a commercial break in the Benoit/Brock match, highlighted by promo for Armageddon. Its been an above average smackdown match but not as great as everyone is expecting it to be so far... The submission that Brock put Benoit in to win, I've never seen it before.

I taped Smackdown last night because I was tired, I'm up to Cena/Benoit right now. Commercial break right after the restart of the match. Oh and apparently several smackdown superstars will be going over to Iraq to deliver USO care packages to soldiers. Cena is one of em.

I dont think Nintendo expected the price cut to help as much as it did, but I know for a fact that a ton of Gamecubes have been sold so far just over the last week. Having an $80-100 price advantage helped, and there are also a ton of games that are worth buying (both already and recently released). It makes me happy because I think all the "OMG NINTENDO IS GOING TO STOP MAKING CONSOLES" talk is prett much dead. I dont know what it does for the possibility of releasing the new console in 2005, a year ahead of Sony/Microsoft. They might just hold that back now.

To everyone talking about Miracle Whip, I've got a surprise for you probably. Miracle Whip isn't mayonnaise, Its salad dressing. Look on the jar the next time you spread some on. It just happens to go good on sandwiches, so thats what they sell it for mostly, but its meant to go in potato/macaroni salads and the like. Miracle Whip has mostly the same ingredients as Mayonnaise, except that it also has mustard flour, paprika and other spices. Im not brand loyal for the most part. Being the cheap bastard that I am, I buy whatever is on sale.

Im looking at the official standings and Seoul Emerald Tigers has the little clinch *, but if I win and Seoul Emerald Tigers lose, and I outscore them by 10 pts, then they would be out of the playoffs I think. So at least I have another possibility of making the playoffs.

well, Maui got 8 pts from E.G., which would have been enough to beat the Berzerkers had it not been for Briens 6 pts. Im in 9th place and pretty much screwed. I need Berzerkers to lose to even have a shot. But for Berzerkers to lose, Dothan Jaguars would win. So I also have to score 11.11 pts more than Dothan in order to make the 8th spot.
