If the Expos make the playoffs, does San Juan get any playoff games?

Boller looked pretty good tonight and Redman looked like crap. Boller had 2 TDs (49 yards to Travis Taylor and 1 yard to Marcus Robinson), total of 99 yards passing. Redman went 1-6 for 11 yards in 3 series. Its pretty much a tossup..

I chalk it up to them looking ahead to next week. Now they need to beat Florida St or else the season might as well be over in terms of a major bowl..

Couple of injuries..although I doubt they'll much matter.. Jeff Blake, Cardinals QB is out with a concussion James Stewart, Lions RB is out indefinitely with a seperated shoulder (and its a free for all for the starting job..bunch of nobodys)

If you saw the game, Maryland deserved to lose, however the refs blew the call on the game ending interception, it should have been pass interference. Like they said on the radio though, you wont get calls like that on the road.

So everyone is convinced that Goldbergs winning the belt. The stip makes you think so, but it could always end up with another HHH gets himself DQ'ed finish. Goldberg wins the match, doesn't get the belt but doesn't have to go away. If they make it no DQ, then I'll believe it..

Ok, I finally realized that I had the option of setting up the live draft without it being officially released, so were are going ahead with the LIVE DRAFT in the keeper league. Im tenatively scheduling it for this Saturday at 6 pm, but if thats not doable for more than half the league (6 teams) I can change it to whenever suits the most people. If you still wont be able to make it to the online draft, I would advise you to fill out a wish list by clicking the online draft button on the draft page and checking out the players who you want. I would be willing to trade any of my WR other than Owens, but I want a decent RB in rerturn so I doubt it will happen. I'll even throw in Brian Mitchell.. My guess is I'll have 4 really good WR, 1 Good RB and 2 good Kick Returners. Kick returners are gonna be as good points wise as some of the lower RBs drafted so, I dont really feel bad if I dont get another RB.

Baseball is more international now, although more in Asia, Mexico and Carribean. The NFL is trying Europe but I don't think it will ever catch on..mainly because of Soccer. NASCAR is pretty much American, although auto racing in general is probably right behind Soccer in terms of international scope. But as far as American National Pastime is concerned, I think right now its football. Baseball is actually getting its legs back and if they can get the parity going like in football (and you see Parity in the 2 Central Divisions, but nowhere else really) but I dont think Baseball will ever catch up unless for some stupid reason theres a football strike or something. The way the season is in football lends it to be more popular, since just about every game is important and the whole on any given sunday spiel. Where as in baseball, its been said (with an exception to the Tigers..) that your team is going to win 60 games and lose 60 games, and its what your team does in the other 42 that matters the most. So theres not much importantce on every single game until it comes down to September and then its just the 10 or so teams that might be fighting for 2 or 3 playoff spots. Basketball would probably be BEHIND NASCAR on my list, I don't think it appeals to as many people as Baseball. Football or NASCAR. Theres no way Hockey, Golf or Soccer can even come close to any of the above sports.

Just the idea that they got Voodoo Child for Hogan, goldberg's old WCW music (since that was his first theme in WWE), Benoit's current theme, Cena's new rap music, and the Rocks new music/titantron have me not worried about the music, although Im sure that there will be a few songs that arent right. The only thing I wanna know is how they do Matt Hardy's entrance. What the hell is Sweet Revenge mode? Sucks that they don't have all the different belts..I just wonder if the player with the belt actually wears it. Something that they keep over looking.. And I guess they have the Vince McMahon idea, bigger wrestlers are better...

I got my copy (along with Simpsons Season 3) from Amazon yesterday, once again their free shipping is slow my ass. I nearly forgot how boring the first hour was though, but I was quickly reminded when I fell asleep about 40 minutes in. Oh, and the preview for Return of the King has me ready to go see it. Damn the fact that I have to wait 3 months to see it. But damn, 200,000 orcs storming Pelennor field , compared to 10,000 orcs in TT..thats gonna be something. And that battle definitely needs more time devoted to it compared to the one at Helms Deep.

A few notes.. Hard to believe that there was only 4 matches, and they were all really good, although I would say Benoit A-Train was kinda eh. Lame finish too, considering its kinda hard to miss the fact that A-Trains legs are sticking out a bout a foot over the edge of the ring. Everyone must hate the idea of a Benoit A Train fued out of nowhere... Rey vs Nunzio was a solid match. Nothing earth shattering but not anything on the level of RAW or the like either. Cena/Eddy gets 2 segments, and it was probably the best match of the night easily. Few notes though. Eddy's car wasn't stripped down, his left front tire was missing and it was propped up. Also, the F-U on Eddy after the match is on THE WHOLE TIRE..Cole keeps on saying STEEL TIRE, although I doubt it's steel..probably aluminum..and to top it off, Eddy's mother is in the crowd, although she must have not stood in line the day tickets were on sale cause she was halfway back somewhere. They kept showing here with her hands over her face. Next week, I don't know where they are, but someone's mother needs to show up to keep the mother gasping at her son getting his ass kicked drama. The main event gets 3 segments! Surprising good for who was involved although the end seemed to be just a big mess. Kurt was kinda eh on commentary.
