Well, after giving Agalloch and Xela's bew ones a listen, here's my thoughts: Agalloch is a rarity: A Black Metal band who I like, or at least doesn't strike me as trying too hard to be controversial in subject matter.. Xela's new one is boring though. Also, Black Sun Productions new album Operett Amorale is suprisingly good. Thom Yorke's The Eraser gets boring after a while though.

Impressive. Personally, I'd show "Planet Terror" second.

Right now, I'm visiting my parents for Christmas break, and I'm typing on one of their computers. Right now, it's 56 Degrees Farenheit, and it's raining instead of snowing. Merzbow's a PETA guy? Oh man, that sucks. Yeah, most of his recent output has been animal rights and fur is bad related, and all of his recent releases have had PETA's logo on the back. Hell, every time you see an article or review these days, it mentions his stance. I have no problem with him being a animal rights guy, but it's really gotten old. Didn't know you were a Merzbow fan. If so, that's good to know.
