  1. Whenever I see Malone's face, I can't help but to smile from ear to ear.
  2. Wasn't the triangle offense with Shaq/Bryant/Fisher/Fox/George(Not sure) what they used vs. San Antonio last year? And if they got whooped by San An last year, Detroit still won't have too much of a problem stopping them defensively.
  3. We do better without Fox anyways.
  4. Don't say that! It'll jynx everything and the Laker's will go on a 3 game win streak similar like San Antonio.
  5. BTW... did anyone see Malone poking a guy in the face before the game started? Well, I'm watching the Detroit news right now and apparently, that fan has contacted police and they're now investigating the situation. Hopefully the Detroit police will arrest Karl Malone and keep scum like that off the streets.
  6. If that ever happens, they should make it a poster. A poster isn't good enough. That kind of an image must be blown up and put in every gym worldwide.
  7. His teammates passed him the ball in the second half anyways... it's just too bad that there was an Eldon Campbell or Ben Wallace there to knock the ball away from him.
  8. Playing with his kids? Didn't his daughter win a WNBA Championship? What kind of "playing" are they gonna do?
  9. Haha... that hilarious. Atlanta's screwed, and I'm guessing Kobe Bryant isn't going to sign with them either.
  10. Bah... Malone seems more like a liability to LA now with his bum knee. Keep him in there and watch him get exploited on defense.
  11. With all the free agents, there might not be an Atlanta Hawks in summer.
  12. Well, here's the official website: http://www.cbs.com/primetime/amazing_race5/ And yes, there is a "little person" there. Also, as Astro said, Alison from Big Brother is there with her boyfriend, Donny, that she always mentioned in the show. I hope that bitch loses.
  13. If that happens, I will explode in rage.
  14. If Detroit goes up 3-1, I still wouldn't count LA out. Even though I hate LA, I will not count LA out until Detroit wins 4 games.
  15. OMG, not only did Detroit beat LA badly, but the commentators and announcers finally recognized Detroit's winning because of there skill. I am shocked.
  16. You mean aside from the fact that he's a carpetbagger and a gravy-trainer? I thought he did something specific in game 2 to cause those reactions. Nah.. he was just being himself.
  17. With the two teams playing like this and Detroit having home court advantage... maybe we will get our first 3 game home sweep by the Pistons.
  18. I second that emotion. Thirded.
  19. If that is true, I'm guessing an Eastern Conference team who got really desperate looking for someone in the front court signed him. Maybe... Toronto? They've been juggling centers and power forwards all season long.
  20. I'm now waiting for OraleHolme's explaination of this Lakers loss.
  21. Now THAT'S funny. what's funny about it? the NBA is about as predictable as it gets...the NFL is about the only sport where it seems like anything can happen... Everyone and there mothers predicted LA winning in game 1. I wouldn't be so quick to predict it again.
  22. Kobe played good defense on Rip though. It'll be a little difficult for him to shoot 60%.
  23. What amazed me about this game is that Detroit is the first team to beat LA on there home court in the playoffs. I guess when you play defense that slows down the game to snail pace, the home crowd is completely out of it. Detroit needs to not get cocky though. I fear that with them being a young team, they'll think winning 1 game means winning the series. They needed this win to build there confidence, but not fuel any possible ego that could form. Shaq oughtta come back and now do a whole interview going "They will not win game 2".
  24. I blame LA losing on Gary Payton.
