Hogan, I don't really agree with you.
I guess the question remains, does the oil underneath Alaska belong to America, America, or the oil companies that dig it up?
Because, they certainly sell it to us at high prices, but its OURS, or at least ALASKA'S, initially, in my opinion.
Her taxing big oil wasn't green by any stretch, and I don't really admire her for it since she just funneled the money back to Alaskans. Standing up to big oil, IMO, involves working against its aims by reducing demand for their product.
