  1. better hope alvin and eric williams opt out then lol (not likely) Eric Williams will problay opt out, he wants to get the fuck out of the T-Dot.
  2. Doubt the Raptors would trade Charlie V. The PF/SF combo of Bosh and Villanueva will be deadly. They should sign a free agent like Nene or Nazr Mohammed and have him play C, and then trade down and draft Marcus Williams.
  3. Melina and Sharmell are the hottest diva's.
  4. Only of the few(along with the Carlito shirt) t-shirts I'd wear in public.
  5. Hass of Pain takes this stuff too seriously. It's not life or death you know, it's a fucking Wrestling Newsletter. I'm sure Meltzer could fucking care less, he has more important things to worry about.
  6. Castillo KO within 7 rounds.
  7. BOOOOOOOOO! NEVER CUT THE FRO! I think that Coach is an entertaining character and should remain as RAW GM.
  8. Fujita has a good chance, but I think Silva will win. Care to make another bet on it?
  9. Pretty accurate list though I would dissagree with a couple choices. U.S. - Chuck Liddell Brazil - Wanderlei Silva
  10. I remember Anderson's knee to Newton when Newton went for the takedown. One of my favorite KO's.
  11. GSP is gonna lay a beating on Hughes.
  12. - Carlito is a main event talent and should be pushed instead of following Maria around all day. - The fact that the Big Show hasen't held a title since 03(Which shouldn't even count because he only had it for a month) is bullshit and they are misusing him. - Booker T deverses to defeat Rey Mysterio for the World Heavyeight Title, and shouldn't be fed to Batista as a jobber. If anything he should go over Batista.
  13. If GSP/Hughes happens in MTL, I'm going no matter what.
  14. It will go the full 3 rounds and bump the Cummo and Koscheck fights off the show. I won't mind those fights aslong as we get to see Gurgel Vs. Hominick!
  15. I don't think it has to do with his look more of his personality. He has that "I don't give a fuck who it is, I'll fight who ever any time any place" type atittude. What's funny about it is a guy that I'm friends with looks like Chris Leben(w/o the red hair) and has the excat same atittude.
  16. Anyone see the Best Damn Sports Show's Top 50 Beatdowns special? I never saw the Randleman KO of Mirko, was on it the countdown? Because if it wasn't then that's bullshit. Problay the best lefthook I've ever seen in MMA.
  17. If you want to promote discussion, you have to answer the "why". I think Silva is a smarter fighter, and I don't think Leben has the submission skills to catch him. Anderson has just as strong of chin as Leben does, and Leben does not have one punch power(Like Lei Tong already explained) to KO Anderson. Either way, as an Anderson Silva fan, even I am optimistic about this fight as Leben is a tough fighter. But I favor Anderson.
  18. Yeah Rashad has loads of potential. His stand-up is pretty good also, he just lacks the one punch KO power and being able to finish off the opposite fighter. He could've easily finished Imes off the in the 1st round. But it's a learing experence. I remember during the Hoger fight they mentioned Rashad was working with some BJJ expert since winning the contract, I forget who they mentioned. But your right with the Koschek comparsions. What is everyone's predictions on the Leben/Silva fight? I'm putting my money on Silva.
  19. The Booker T/Batista read was awesome. Booker was always one of my favorite wrestlers since his Harlem Heat days, now I have much more respect for him as a person.
  20. The main event definitely has that "wow" factor, but not because I'm expecting a good fight. It seems like they've almost given up on Rashad, and putting him in with Bonnar - who tries hard to have exciting fights - is a last ditch effort to get him over. I don't get why people think Rashad isn't exciting. I enjoyed his fights with Imes and Jardine. The Jardine fight was a war. I think Rashad has a great chance to upset Bonnar, just look at the Jardine fight. Even should he lose, I think it will only improve him and help him to become a better fighter. He's proven to have heart in the Jardine. And he's been fighting alot of fighters alot bigger then him. He's training the BJJ so he will improve.
  21. I don't think Leben get's KO'd but I could see him getting stopped by cuts. I'm going with Anderson by dominating UD, by blooding and bruising Leben bad.
  22. Here's the full card, from what I heard. -Stephan Bonnar vs. Rashad Evans -Anderson Silva vs. Chris Leben -Luke Cummo vs. Jonathan Goulet -Josh Koscheck vs. Dave Menne -Jon Fitch vs. Thiago Alves -Jorge Gurgel vs. Mark Hominick -Justin Levens vs. Jorge Santiago This has potential to be the best UFN yet. I'm PUMPED for Silva and Leben, that could be an all out war. GO SILVA GO!
  23. Whatever, Hopkins is my favorite fighter problay all time, so I'm going to have to watch this fight. If he wins, it would be amazing, but it's likely going to be Tarver by UD.
  24. Hopkins is retiring after this fight. I still think his footwork is going to cause problems for Tarver.
