But, yeah. The reasons I found this story interesting were; 1) The judge seems like a bitch for sentencing him to jail when both the prosecution and defendant sides agreed on probation. Besides that, how did nobody prepare the proper equipment for him, once in jail? 2) I found the guard who drove him to jail's story touching. It's easy for people to say, he broke the law, He deserves what he got!, but if you were that guard would you feel good about driving this disabled kid to the slammer? Also, for those asking me why the outrage now, there is no outrage. I just found the story interesting for the above reasons, and didn't realize it was from 2004.

The way I read it, the jail didn't have proper means to treat his condition, and as so he didn't get treated in time and died.

It says there though (I don't know how accurate the article is), that he was never charged with the cocaine or gun. So it was 10 days for pot alone. Edit: Also that the prison didn't have the proper equipment to take care of him. He never should have died.

Okay, this one you can't explain. In the msn game "rock papper scissors", why is there a random choice? WTF! This fucks my whole game plan up. I like to pride myself at thinking I'm good at reading people, and knowing what they'll pick next based on what our choices were the prior time. But for all I know they can be sitting there hitting random. GRRR! Is it that hard to pick one of the 3? What kind of idiot would need random? That just fucks up the whole game.

If everything he was saying was proven true.. The one thing I wouldn't understand is, he says there's around 120 people behind the NWO.. Are people just lazy? Why did they ever invent an electric can opener? Hand held openers work just fine! They take about 4 seconds to open a can with... I don't get it. I could see if manual can openers gave people a hard time, inventing an electric... but as is, why do they exist, and who buys them?

That's what Jingus' original argument was about, was why are people considered black, when they're a mix. The baby of the white mom and black father should be considered just as much White.

Well explain too me what are Black facial features? I'm black, what kind of facial features should I have? Are you denying that people from different parts of the world have different features? (Facial and otherwise) No, I'm not. I'm asking you and Jingus what are Black facial features? My point has nothing to do with what black facial features are. Just that they exist. As do Italian, as do chinese, and people located anywhere else. Edit: What I mean from this is, once people from two different regions start to mate, the facial features become mixed on the baby and so on. So Jingus' statement about the rock's facial features not looking African, only means because he's not fully African descent and has other attributes that have been mixed in, and maybe overshadowed his black attributes. He didn't say "He's not even a rapper! lolololz"
