Couldn't they just release unblurred Attitude-era stuff on DVD in the US and Canada only? I thought the WWF's problem was that WWE was using their acronym outside North America.

Actually, it's like comparing ice cream to horse manure. *thinks no one will get that reference* Flair's belt to Hogan's belt, circa 1991?

DDP/Rhyno vs. Vince/Flair (Tag Titles @ No Mercy) I isolated Vince and kept setting him up for the Diamond Cutter, but he'd tag out to Flair, who'd low blow me for 2 counts. Then the ref got bumped and the match devolved. Rhyno speared Vince and I got a chair. Flair hooks me in the figure-four with the ref down. As the ref gets up, Flair picks up the chair. Just as the ref turns around, he hits me with the chair and gets DQ'd. Only time (besides the 'set the table in the corner' trick) has my opponent gotten DQ'd.

I watched one of the funniest things ever...

Must've been based off of the short story of the same name by Roald Dahl. -
AGAIN with a WCW listing? What the F is going on? Ok... So if they ARE bringing back WCW why the fuck would you name the PPV: New Year's Evil? That's just sad... Maybe they're thinking that since it worked for Toonami, it would work here. Wouldn't that mean they are taking stuff from outside sources? I thought writers weren't supposed to do that. WCW's 12/27/99 Nitro was subtitled 'New Year's Evil."

Another unusual WWE event listing: Here Also, I can't get confirmation on the Philadelphia Rumble yet from the Wachovia box office. I'm not sure if that means anything, though.

Yes, that was last year's (it's SOUL, btw). We like seeing what the theme is because it adds to the PPV graphics and whatnot and it helps us form an impression about the PPV. For instance, when I think of Bad Blood, I think of Trapt's 'Headstrong playing over the animated blood drop from the PPV intro.

He certainly skirted around THAT one, didn't he?
-
It's still being premiered in other parts of the world.

Call the DVD something else, like how IYH tapes were called 'Winter Combat' or something. And you could work around the clothing issue by not putting the event's name on it, just the date/place/matches.

Nitro went to three hours at the start of 1998 (January 26 or somewhere in there) and went back to two hours near the end of Russo's first run. I don't think Hogan ever appeared on Raw before dropping the strap to Yokozuna unless it was from the set of Thunder in Paradise (they were filming the pilot around that time). 1. You're right. 2. Well, Hogan didn't appear once in a match on RAW, at any rate. Dunno about interviews, though.

Technically, they could use Starrcade as long as they don't a) sell clothing with that name on it, or b) release a video/DVD of the show by that name. Everything else is fair game, according to the USPTO site.

He lifted him for like 0.23 seconds.

Why is this non-title? It takes away the only reason the crowd could give a shit.

Garrsion Cade reminds me of South Park's Butters.
-
You know what? I was IMPRESSED with Orton's opening sequence with Cade.....he used some nice offense that wasn't too vanilla and he didn't botch anything.

<<Barry O>> est incroyable. Ou peut-etre je dirais, incroyable coucher avec. ^ Best. Gimmick Poster. In Recent Memory.

I would hope so! Could that have been a backhanded comment, meaning that a lot of people didn't like him? That's correct.

It's been delayed until next week....the server that would have shown the video love was hacked by PCs in Hong Kong. The concert went on just fine, though. Because of legal pressures, the suicide was to be held at a secret location that not even the band members were aware of. Source: Sky News

Did they reveal it on Velocity?

The only way this could happen now is if Bret and Angle are booked on opposite sides of a legends tag match, with one active and one legend wrestler on each team. If booked well, it could serve its purpose with Bret and Kurt each getting to hit their signature spots while Bret wouldn't have to carry the match.

Fair representation of a person or group, regardless of popularity or social acceptability, is something that everyone in this country should receive.
