KKK's lack of nomination for poster of the year makes me think this is a gimmick. Although maybe it's because he's black.

8-8? Even that's a stretch. By January, I think the Padres will be nothing more than a shitty team without any historical precedent. Also, I'm inclined to agree with the Jets poster. While the Bills will certainly be fired up from last week over the Dolphins, and Losman surely has a fire lit under him, I just have incredible faith in Testaverde.

I'm inclined to think it is....Kidding. There was a thread in March where you had to make a card of your favourite WM matches, using one from each show, and no using multiple wrestlers, this got my vote for WM20. Just good flow and fun to watch. Originally Owen, not D-Lo, but Shamrock put a stop to that. Summer 98 kicked ass in all of wrestling.

The one right after Heatwave '00? Where Credible still had the band-aids on his head?(In hindsight, it was probably a work, as they used to do TV Tapings the Saturday prior) God yes, the Asai Moonsault blocked and turned into That's Incredible kicked ass, and Tajiri got a monster pop. Good call. I also bought Tragically Hip's Up To Here that day. July 21, 2000 it aired.

When was this? Why was he so jubilant(how it kinda sounds from reading it) about killings from two and half years ago?

There are presumably 100's of matches that we individually love that won't go down as classics, and more or less ar elikely forgotten, say Raw moments or PPV filler, I'm sure we all have a few. I always loved the 6 man elimination on Raw the night Austin interfered with the Zamboni. I can't even honestly remember all the participants, but Droz, Marc Mero, Edge and D-Lo Brown were involved. Also, Shamrock/Rock from WM14. Anyone else?
-
Probably Jericho or Angle.

And of course, you're related to Jeff Jarrett.
-
I had completely forgotten Mike and the Mechanics and Mad World until I heard them last week. Good call.

No offence, but would it be considered poetic justice if said Female Asian Driver condemned your grammar? Maybe that's 'what's good for the goose is good for the gander?' The handspring off the ropes, although that's a little hard to pull off in the bgger WWE ring. The tarantula kicks ass, ECW played that one up a lot....WWE misuse a brilliant talent? Well, I never....

I need Cincy and Pittsburgh both to win, I'm down by one late.... Hey, I was in the same spot last week, and I have a hell of a lot more faith in Pittsburgh than in Greenbay, which bailed me last week,

Obligatory Simpsons reference: What's that extra B for? It's a typo.

I had a pet python for about two years; It never tried to eat me. I, too, didn't know there'd be snakes in the Everglades.

The Greatest Tag Team ever....

Harts by two. So, yeah. Edit: It's over, they won by two, not counting the two votes submitted after this post. Well, one and a half, Citrus' vote may have been late based on time zones, but it didn't make a difference. -
Thrashers game looked ugly, but hey, at leats Ilya is signed now. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They could be for real now. Everyone seems to be forgetting they got a pretty good defenceman out of the Heatley deal in deVries, Bobby Holik simply can't play any worse than he has been, and Bondra, I feel, has someting to prove.

The mark-out metre is running high.

I've seen dogs, and have lived with em before. I've seen poker and have played it before. I've seen two fatties make out when I wouldnt fuck one of them.(Incidentally, I did wind up bonking her moments later..) So while my opinion of two chicks making out is slightly scarred, it still takes the cake easily....

Baltimore at Detroit (1.5) Chicago at Cleveland (3.5) Miami at Buffalo (2.5) Holcomb will fire up the Bills, who simply have to get better New England at Atlanta (2.5) New Orleans at Green Bay (2.5) See Buffalo, plus they've bailed me out a few times this year. Seattle at St. Louis (3.5) (3.5) Tampa Bay at N.Y. Jets Tennessee at Houston (2.5) Law of averages... (14.5) Indianapolis at San Francisco 14.5? Nah...though I had to think about it, Manning does look in form again (2.5) Carolina at Arizona Just 2.5? (3.5) Philadelphia at Dallas Washington at Denver (6.5) Cincinnati at Jacksonville (2.5) Pittsburgh at San Diego (3.5) St. Louis- 21 points.

Exactly what I was thinking. It's not awful, but not great either. They'll miss Klee. Rangers look damn good thus far, up 1-0 five minutes in and really outplaying my Habs.
-
Nor is he Sean Burke, who is a vastly overlooked goalie. This is easily the best team he's ever had in front of him. He was my sleeper pick in the pool this year.
-
Fuck yeah it probably was. Ever sink your teeth into a double cheeseburger at 3am after questing across town for it because it's the nearest 24 hour drive-thru with what YOU want? Fuck those morons who are out running at that hour or whatever, they've probably had times like that too. We all endanger each other and we all look out for each other. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, even I, as an alcoholic fast food junkie, can't defend what you said.
