  1. On The LAW, Meltzer said the decision to remove Sabu was made a few days ago.
  2. It's not the first time, and won't be the last time, that Vince brought something or someone just to bury them so he can 'prove' a point or fight a war that is over. I think it's one thing to do it to a wrestler, or to a company like WCW right after it happened........but to spend the money to start up a whole nother brand get TV for it, hire guys for it. Get bookers for it run a PPV for it, 5 years after it went out of business when at times the WWE was support it.......just makes no sense to me at all. It does if Vince loses interest. Vince wouldn't be the first promoter to get all gung ho about something and then get bored and not care about it within a few months.
  3. It's not the first time, and won't be the last time, that Vince brought something or someone just to bury them so he can 'prove' a point or fight a war that is over.
  4. Meltzer on The Law is saying a reason for them not building to anything on the PPV was down to nobody agreeing on what to have and just on what not to have.
  5. It's more common sense really. It doesn't take a genius to realize RVD's stock is way down, so why risk what clout you have by openly backing the guy? Best to side with Punk, who WWE aren't so against, and fight a battle you can win.
  6. It's Lashley vs. Show this Tuesday.
  7. Remember when they panicked and added Batista and Finlay to the No Mercy main event because they had no faith in Lashley to draw?
  8. It's worth the money. Ignore the haters. Get this PPV. It's great.
  9. He wanted to do WWE and PRIDE, figuring his PRIDE fights would give him a legit aura and his WWE work would get his name out. WWE wanted him all to themselves, so he passed on the deal.
  10. Buy the PPV. It's well worth it.
  11. Sapp can be carried and has more than enough charisma to compensate. He certainly has more charisma than anyone in WWE.
  12. It's possible they didn't ask Show to do much over fear of either running him off or injuring him to where they can't do Show vs. Hogan at WM.
  13. First thing I thought of with the show ending this early was AAA's When Worlds Collide, which ended after just over two hours as well. This show was terrible from booking and production. They should have done something to at least take it to half past the hour.
  14. Worst PPV of the year? Or just another crapfest?
  15. This mean the PPV is ending 30 minutes early? I guess so.
  16. The finish will either raise the show to tolerable or flat out kill it.
  17. Three guys left and about 30-40 minutes of PPV remaining. This can't end well.
  18. Is there any heat for this match?
  19. That's original(!) It's because you won't shut the fuck up about him. If it causes you such pain, skip the post.
  20. That's original(!)
  21. Actually, it's just called GH Gut.
  22. Do you think Meltzer's looking elsewhere for entertainment during this PPV, because this is in his live report:
  23. I think it's the Diva girl that Batista is banging.
  24. Just a shame it made zero dollars and did nothing for either man.
