That fucking movie ruled.

I think them showing raw looking transformers that didn't have a defined shape yet go and scan something mechanical to become it was fine. How is that a plot hole by the way? They got their shape by scanning vehicles....thats it. I have to agree with Lushus here. This is another case of complaining about something trivial.

You know, the last 4 champions have been west, east, west, east. I understand that people like to say the East is shitty but come on.

He has three guys on the court that can overcome bad coaching. Docs was giving out inconsistant minutes to younger players, so that won't be a problem for his big three. He has no choice but to play Rondo now, because...well...I think he is the only point guard on the team. I have always felt Doc was decent coaching a vet team but not so much with a young rebuilding team because he had no idea who to play.

The ending was fake lohan coming to gether with the real lohan. The reason she kept falling appart in the skripper lohans reality is because the school girl one was being cut apart in real life. So to escape that reality, she continued writing her story about Dakota in her head. I have a feeling that cut material would have made this better.

That was the greatest comedy ever (wickerman remake) and I loved every second of it. I mean, yeah, it sucked HARD, but so hard that it was funny. You know what...I will say it here. I didn't have a problem with Planet of the Apes 2001. I also didn't have that much a problem with City of Angels (and its all kinds of fucked up ending) or Meet Joe Black(although it was ridiculously long and scenes really should have ended 10 earlier than they actually would.) ... I take that back. Meet Joe Black annoyed me so yeah...let it stay.

Eh. I could care less. She did more than enough with the dance that she didn't have to have tits giggle, although I swear she had pasties on under her bra in the strip club scene. Plus it makes sense that she didn't get naked in this movie. She was just getting her number going when her finger falls off, so yeah, little hard to concentrate on stripping when you are bleeding.

I don't think you can have a plot hole in a movie where someone's leg just falls the fuck off. Everything is plausible then.

I read this theory that the entire Dakota part of the movie was just Aubrey trying to cope with being tortured. And the more you think about it and look at the clues, I think that might be right. It just wasn't executed properly. If I knew how to do spoiler tags I would elaborate. But i don't...and I don't really care that much.

I will get it on DVD just because. Oddly, it made more money than I thought it would. I was serious about expecting there to only be 8 people in the theater.

But you said those teams would have troubles getting deep in the playoffs when you named teams that got deep in the playoffs. 03-04 the Lakers ran into a team that realistically could have been the all defensive starting team. All of them were great defenders. Plus, how deep was that detroit team? Lindsay Hunter and Corless Williamson. Thats pretty much the bench they used. I understand what you are saying about the Celts (Who would have the starting five, Gomes, Wally, Tony Allen, Glen Davis on the bench BTW) needing depth and all, but I think you used some horrid examples to back that point up.

People around me kept bitching like this movie was set in a realistic setting. Here is a clue. If a fucking character's leg falls off and she just sews it back on and keeps it moving, this PROBABLY isn't set in a realistic setting. She got a robotic prostetic arm and leg for christ sake. Bitching about the realism towards then end with the super fast ninja killer was dumb. But fuck that. This movie featured amputee sex, skirpper lohan, and limbs falling off. This was one hell of a mind fuck movie. Definately not awful, but not particuarly good either. Its getting worse reviews because of the press of the star. Kinda like how Gigli wasn't THAT fucking bad but people were pretending it was the worst film in the history of forever because of the stars. This is the type of move I would suggest to David Lynch fans and horror fans to sit around and watch.

Um...that laker team went to the finals and the Suns made two west finals in a row. and there was alot of BS this year. I don't really think those are good examples. besides. Teams use fewer players in the playoffs than the regular season. Except Mike D'Antoni who refuses to use his bench. Ever.

I also would like to take this time to restate that Glen Davis is going to be a solid pro, and I think the Celtics got a steal with him. Hopefully with this trade he can get some backup front court minutes.

Offensively and rebouding wise, Jefferson doesn't give you that much below Garnett right now. Garnett is a much better defender though. Only at like twice the cost as Jefferson. Resigning KG will be like 5 years 125 million. Maxing out Jefferson would have been like 5 years 80 million. 9 million extra cap space every year. You can sign a close to allstar for that kinda money. But if they can make it to the finals, then I will be happily proven wrong but that is alot of freakin money.

But exclusives have been the measuring bar for "this console has X number of good games good games" for a while now. there is nothing new in that regard. And for right now, until the companies start utilizing all they can on the PS3, the games are looking and performing better on the 360 (just look at this years madden being 60 fps on the 360 and 30 on the PS3 totally due to the fact that the PS3 has the newer hardware and they haven't optimized the game for them yet). And once again, it is the most expensive system. I think it will be held to a higher standard in terms of having games to play than the cheapest or even the second place system.

I think jefferson is the only player worth a damn in the bunch when it comes to the Celtics. Gerald Green is a guy that can shoot but I am pretty sure he has no idea how to play team basketball...still. They were going to cut Telfair anyway, and they were going to trade Ratliff. So basically they are giving up Jefferson for KG (hopefully they won't be dumb enough to give up Gomes) I still say thats kinda iffy, but you can compete now with this team and you have two guys who want to shoot the ball in the clutch so that KG isn't afraid to pass out. Its not a Horrible deal I guess. I wouldn't have done it, because I think Jefferson is something to build around if you get a defensive Center, but hey, I am not a Celtic fan.

And by catalyst, that means he threw alot of money on stage, and some girl he was there with got in a fight with a stripper, which lead to him being kicked out the club and some guy came back shooting later who may or may not have known him. he got charged with felony coercion. Not really that big of a deal. Not to get me wrong here. he is a complete, spoiled, asshole who I hope never plays football again because of all his stupidity, but he gets bad coverage in this case. The worse he has done is spit on some women or something because he is a fucking asshole. Which is why this is a bad idea. Pacman and his impulse control issues being a few feet from a angry Tennessee crowd....not that good of an idea honestly.

The PS3 and Wii have similar amounts of good titles, yet the PS3 is the one with the "NO GAMEZ" stigma. Actually, let me qualify that by saying non-Nintendo fanboys also make fun of the Wii for not having any games. It is amusing to poke fun at the consoles for having very little quality software, especially when said console has a lot of fanboys who like to constantly remind people of how awesome it is, but some people seem serious in their criticism. Anyone who was around for any console launch in the last oh, 12 years (outside of the Dreamcast) knows that launches and launch-windows tend to suck horribly for good games. PS2, the best console of all time, was complete and utter rubbish for a good year+ after it's launch. And we all know how that turned out. But Wii has Zelda, Resident Evil 4 and is $250 cheaper. In other words, its pretty "cheap" and has a killer app. PS3 has Resistance (which I don't really think is that great of a game) and non exclusives(although that Ninja Gaiden game rules all). Simply put, there is at least one main reason to buy a Wii (although i don't give even a little bit of a shit about Zelda). I think that is the reason for the difference in views.

I personally thought the first half and some extra after that of the film was really strong and then it got ridiculous towards the conclusion. That and you knew who the bad guy was 10 minutes into the movie. But acting wise, Highschool student Lohan kinda bored me(although that was the better part of the movie) then you get the kickass middle where she is skripper Lohan (and you have to admit, she did a damn good job as an actress in this part...well...throughout) and then that disappointing finish. The reason this movie was destined to fail, was that either you have Lohan fans who probably weren't to keen on seeing torture and her sewing up her leg in a movie. And then you had horror fans who probably weren't to keen on seeing a Lohan movie. I am not really sure who the fuck this movie was being marketed towards. All in all, I give it a 5.8 out of 10. If it was anyone else staring in the movie, it would have cult hit all over it. As it stands, its lohan. Thus it is hated.
