When I did smoke weed, I became very quiet and self-conscious too. Also for some weird reason when I smoked I would have some sort of weed hangover where my thought process would be all fucked up for a few days afterwards. I seemed out of it, even days after when I would talk to someone I would question everything I said, thinking it sounded stupid. Thats the main reason I don't do it anymore, it would make me feel out of it for days after the fact.
