I still think it's a sure thing Texas beats OU....as of right now...things can always change. OU has just looked terrible so far from what I've seen.

Indeed they would cream. But the only problem is Oklahoma has no chance in hell of making it there. OU will lose to Texas. Baylor looks decent so far, I wouldn't consider them a walk for OU, and Tech looks no worse than Oklahoma does this year. And as you said Oregon, A&M, and Mizzou will be tough, I'm calling OU loses to at least two of those five teams, along with Texas. Nebraska is in a similar situation,(USC, Texas, Mizzou, A&M) but the weak North is to their advantage.
