Do you think it came in with the Winrar? I've got winrar a couple different times and I've never had a problem with any adware or spyware associated with it. Winrar in general is a resources hog when you are unzipping something. I would suggest Webroot Spysweeper, you can get a free trial from download.com. The free trial is enough for a few scans and removal.
